So, you want to have one or more of your stories archived on 'Liz's Fan Fictorium'. That's great! Please read the following rules before submitting. They're really easy and mostly common sense. SUBMISSIONS THAT ARE NOT ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL BE DELETED AND NOT EVEN LOOKED AT!
1) The story must be under the U.S. Rating NC-17. I'm not kidding. I will accept soft-R, but hard-R, if it's pushing it, I will err on the side of caution. Little kids surf the 'net, you know.
2) The story must contain a disclaimer. Or I'll add one. Again, I'm not kidding.
3) You have to send the story over e-mail. No IM'ing or PM'ing it to me. No mentioning that you'd like me to archive it while chatting in a room or on an eGroup. I have to have e-mailed permission for me to host your story.
4) The subject of the e-mail must have the name of the fandom and then the word 'fan fic submission' following it. EXAMPLE: star wars fan fic submission
5) The file must be .txt and attached to the e-mail. If submitting more than one story, send more than one e-mail message. If the story is in parts, put all the parts in one file.
6) If the file is over 50K, e-mail me a few days in advance giving me fair warning that you will be sending me a large file. I may give you special intructions (like a different e-mail addy to send it to, or just sending a link) so you need to give fair warning. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN DELETION FROM MY INBOX.
7) The body of the message must contain your name, the e-mail address you wish for me to show on the site, your website if you have one, the fandom the story goes under, the story rating, notice if the story needs to be cross-referenced (this would usually only be crossovers), and a brief description of the fic. Please indicate if the story contains spoilers.
8) Send the e-mail, file attached, to lizskywalker@hotmail.com. I'll try to read it ASAP, but it may take a week or two (depending on my RL schedule) for me to get it up.
That's it. Simple, eh? We'll see. Just a note, if the story contains Star Wars: Episode Two: Attack of the Clones or Star Wars: Episode Three spoilers, it will not be read or archived. Consider this fair warning.
