Handle Artemis
Real Name Nadine Mountebank (16)
Yogang Gotcher (Disavowed)

Nadine had average parents who ran a small resturaunt for middle class incomes. She had a wonderful future ahead of her. She was skilled, quick, and beautiful. Unfortunately, that was what put her in her current predicament. About a year ago, there was an incident with the greatest Gotcher of them all, Washington. Washington was practically the founder of the Gotcher subculture. He was smart, good hearted, and a legend in almost every aspect of Gotcher life. Artemis caught his eye and arranged to meet her privately in neutral territory. He asked; she refused. He pressed. Now, to be fair to Washington, he didn't know that a combat drug was circulating through his system (It was his brother's). Artemis didn't enjoy the pressure and pushed him. Washington tripped and fell back, hard. She heard a sickening crack and assumed he was dead. She panicked and ran. Washington wasn't dead (the crack was merely one of the paintball canisters in his jacket). Unfortunately, Washington's brother, Dodger, had seen the whole thing. Dodger was tired of always being second best and had taken to combat drugs to boost his performance. Now, he had a more permanent solution. While Washington was still unconscious, he walked over and snapped his neck. As far as anyone knows, Artemis killed the most benevolent and upstanding leader of any yogang. The hunt was fierce. The Gotchers wanted to handle it internally, but reluctantly let the Tribals, Guardians, BeaverBrats, and even some MegaViolents join. While on the run, she met Bonepart. He said he believed her story and that he would protect her until the truth came out. He has kept his word; unfortunately, there is no way that Dodger will let the truth be known. He has even started spreading rumors that Washington was going to accuse her of illegal hunts. She is still one of the most hunted individuals in yogang culture, but uses her expertise as Bonepart's personal bodyguard. Her parents have given her up for dead.
She never appears in public without an interface mask and wig and changes her appearance constantly. Underneath the mask, her hair is a liquid fire in a page boy cut. Her face was delicate, but a year of paranoia has blunted the gentle angles. She tends to wear figure-hiding black outfits under an armored, dark blue duster. She keeps at least three air pistols on her at all times. One is loaded with adhesive loads, one with napalm, and one with phosphorus. She also tends to carry a few paint and gas grenades. Being Yogang Enemy #1 has given a tremendous dose of paranoia. She only hates Gotchers, but with every rumor she hears makes her hatred of other yogangs grow, especially the Tribals and Guardians. She has given up trying to prove her innocence and just waits for the day when she create a new identity and disappear in a puff of revenge.
