Command Station

• The Main Bridge command stations provide seating and information displays for the Commanding Officer and two other officers typically the First Officer and the counselor. The Command stations are certainly located on the bridge. With the holo-monitor positioned behind the Captain's chair. The location allows for unobstructed interaction with all key bridge personnel and a clear view of the main screen.

• The captain's chair on a Sovereign is much different from that of a Galaxy Class and so and so forth. The only available information is that the display the captain now receives is more integrated and provides more detail. Which means the size changed, further information to come.

• Cruise Mode operating rules require a shift Commanding Officer to be on duty at all times, although the presence of other command personnel is optional, depending on specific mission requirements. Yellow and Red Alert operating rules generally require the presence of at least two command personnel, in addition to Conn and Ops.
