From the Pages of the Book of Darkness... This old leather book is bound in black leather. Both covers are decorated with glowing red chaos stars. The book is very thick, and it has something inscribed within it. The book itself seems to radiate a very strong aura of power. You sit down and begin reading the Book of Darkness. The books words seem to grow brighter and brighter as you read them. Time seems to warp around you, and you have no idea how much time passes. Suddenly you are finished reading and you know you have gained the use of a new spell and the book is consumed in a burst of green fire. You sit down and begin meditating and softly chanting to summon an Unholy Reaver. You finish the grim rite and you watch in awe as darkness streams in from every part of the area and solidifies into the form of an evil black blade which hovers in the blade above you. You then reach up and take possession of the newly formed Unholy Reaver. As you finish the rite, you feel the knowledge of the spell ripped from your mind! Attention: The Reaver Quest is changing..There will be FOUR questable Reavers (War, Pestilence, Fear, Death). This data will be useless when they come in! 6/18/00 Today's the day. The Reavers of Toblak came in so this data is pretty useless. By braving the terrors of the Underdark, a Knight may obtain the Book of Darkness and thus learn from its bloody pages the secrets to summoning an Unholy Reaver, a blade of darkness and evil. The Reaver is summoned and then shall forever remain with you, through life and death. One can never drop it and never give it away. This fearsome two-handed weapon weighs very little and has some interesting attacks. It also can take heads as well. It is a good twohander although not a preferred weapon. Many old school Dark Knights choose this as a good weapon to have. The choice is yours. The Reaver Quest takes place in the Underdark and thus you will require roses from a flower shop to complete your journey to the dark underworld surrounding the drow city. Additionally, if you are not a drow, you will be considered raiding if you've not told a drow you're going down there. Within the dangerous Underdark lies your prize..the Book of Darkness with the ancient texts to summon the Reaver. To complete this quest, you shall need to be Level 150 overall. However, you may find it to your advantage to wait until you are maxxed before summoning your Reaver. Unholy Reaver Description This massive black blade is approximately six feet long, and at its widest, approximately 4 inches across. Dark unholy runes have been etched down the length of the blade in a deep red colour, which end at the pommel in a drawing of a head flying off of a paladin's body as a Dark Knight lops it off. A deep red ruby has been fitted into the pommel, which surprisingly enough, gives you a better grip when you pick it up. Even though this Great Sword is as big as it is, hefting it, you find that your Dark powers allow you to wield it with surprising ease. Riddle me this. What is soft as silk or rough as fresh hewn stone? What is dark as night or bright as day? What is the beginning and what will be the end?
