Rail - Digital Spirit
The entity known as Rail has been only briefly glimpsed by the Virtual Adept 'Tari8 and by the nosferatu Mundford. Both claim that the entity/program was found in a little-used area of the London Undergound Computer Network and seemed to be guarding a set of personnel files.
The entity was described as being polite but firm in its duties - going so far as to suggest alternative places that they might care to look for information. Neither 'Tari8 or Mundford challenged the spirit, so there is little reliable information on the entity's capabilities. Other hackers who have gone near that area have described a feeling of unease, as if a speculative eye was on them - though no one other than the aforementioned people have to date recorded any direct contact with Rail.
