Described as a non-descript, middle-aged man in a plain charcoal suit with no particularly memorable features, Michaels was charged with breaking any Tradition mages that were delivered to him - and guiding any suitably malleable candidates from his charges towards joining the NWO. Death awaited any who would not conform or who had too many Paradox Flaws to easily blend into normal society.
Michaels was particularly skilled in bureaucracy and interrogation, and his main strength when encountered lay in the Mind Sphere. He was prevented from calling for reinforcements through the use of a Hand of Glory possessed by one of the Tradition mages involved in the surgical assault - and was last seen held entranced by the Hand which the mages had reluctantly left behind to occupy him.
