Justicar Givens
Givens was encountered at Weyland's Smithy, Oxfordshire by a group of British mages led by Tiger Tanaka. They had been ambushed by a Sabbat Pack while investigating rumours of the appearance of somebody calling himself Caine when Givens led his Archons in a counter-ambush.
He is descibed as muscular, with his bare arms covered in tribal-style tattoos, and wearing dirty, non-descript clothing. Disciplines evinced included a high level of Protean and Animalism, as well as reasonable Celerity and Potence.
His manner is best desribed as brusque - until the mages made a show of power, he was going to allow his Archons to slay them alongside the Sabbat to maintain the Masquerade. Even then, Givens made no attempt at small-talk - leading his troops back into the night. Had one of his Archons not mentioned his name during the fight, the mages would not even have known his name...
