Typically dressed in a plaid suit that - due to some unfortunate paradox problems in recent experiments - has a pattern that stays the same no matter the angle it is viewed or the movement of the wearer, in much the way as some suit patterns appear in comicbooks, and sporting a high-tech waistcoat of intricate circuitry and attachments - Brian has been involved in a cabal with Tyger Tanaka in recent months on the British mainland.
