   Tailor has worked for 10 years at Sandburn.  He was born in Whitechapel and was raised with
4 older brothers by a prostitute mother.  He went to sea when he was 13 but had to quit because
of a knee injury 12 years ago.                                                                                

   Tailor is tall and sinewy, clean shaven with thinning dark brown hair.  He has a slight limp in
his left leg and always wears his prison uniform.  The uniform is blue with yellow buttons and
facing.

   Early on he learned to obey orders and not to question authority.  Trouble bothers him, he
wants straight answers and clearly defined tasks.  He convinces himself that the new order in the
prison is better than the old chaotic one.  He hates disorder after having shared a small, crowded
bedroom with 4 older brothers.
