Balveebes is a skinny little dweezil who probably doesn't belong in Nomad, but he's pretty smart. He first appeared when he was assigned to be Jugger Grimrod's intelligence officer, and was later part of the force that fought the gigantic robot on Warworld. His fighting skills remain a mystery, but he's a historian by trade anyway.
