The typical high school guy...has a little group of friends-pretty girlfriend-seems to do well in school....or is he???
I think not! He is a total psycho...but a cute psycho=) He sneaks into his girlfriends bedroom late at night after watching a scary movie wanting a little action. A scary movie makes you think of sex? Since when. There was our first clue that he was a psycho!
But this cutie has major problems as we later find out! His mother left his dad because he was sleeping around with Sidney's mom Maureen Prescott- so he decides to kill her (along with the help of his friend Stu) and frame an innocent guy (who was also sleeping around with Mrs. Prescott) named Cotton Weary. Sidney see's him going out of her mother's house and on the stand tells the judge that and he gets sent to prison. Poor guy. But getting back to Billy...for a year he planned the events on how he would make the town of Woodsboro pay for his problems and gets his sidekick to help him with this also.

He first kills his classmates Casey Becker and Steven Orth and Casey's house very brutally. The police and reporters eat this up! No one knows who killed them and it has the town all shaken up! A few night after that-he attempts to kill his girlfriend Sidney-but fails and she sends him to jail. But he doesn't stay there for long because the police can't get nothing on him. He goes free and plans a little party at Stu's house and they invite all their friends. As the night unfolds-they kill off a few of their friends before anyone even notices. Most of the last few guest rush off to see their principal killed and hung out to dry on the foot-ball field leaving their final victims.

With Randy shot and unconscious- Dewey passed out on the front porch and Gale unconscious in her news van-Sidney is the only one left-and thats when the two sick fucks decide to let the truth spill.

But when Gale comes back for one last bang-and screws it up...Sidney gets her chance to escape and takes a phone and their voice changer box. She calls them and lets them know that they are in deep shit right before she gets back at them by killing them!
