This is about Richard Butler, the self-proclaimed Space Alien Messiah "Ma-Di" who apparently watched a bit too much Star Trek and read Frank Herbert's _Dune_ (cf. Herbert's Maud Dib, the Islamic Iman Mehdi and the Enochian entity Madimi encountered by Dr. John Dee) then went off and formed his own little fascist Space Goddess Alien Abductee Cult:

Among many other things, the cult's leader has baldly proclaimed the following:

That Female Space Goddesses who've masqueraded for millennia amongst our various cultures as (among others) Isis, the Ashera/Asherim, Ishtar, Kali, and -- in these latter days -- Parsons' & Crowley's BABALON and the so-called "BVM" apparitions of Fatima, Lourdes, Medjugorje, etc. are, in reality, a clan of immortal intergalactic overlords who created us initially as pets but later grew to love us and treat us with more care as other Diabolical Evil Space Aliens have so mistreated us from behind the scenes (cf. Bramley's "Custodians").

That grey space aliens have somehow allied with these Space Goddesses in an interspecies breeding programme whereby they get our DNA and we get their technology; ostensibly to help us defend ourselves when the Great (Reptoid?) Invasion Force of Draconain Space Aliens finally arrives.

That the grey space aliens have concocted the AIDS virus to -- as he so euphemistically put it -- "weed out the more simian traits of our species" (i.e. kill off the blacks, Latinos, etc.) and that the project is apparently proceeding right on track.

That the grey space aliens have their eye on the continent of Africa and intend to claim it as their own when they arrive in greater numbers (hence the massive plagues, starvation, warfare, etc. on that continent) -- a real "Alien Nation," if you will.

That all triangular crafts are "DoMa" (Daughters of MA; the aforementioned Space Goddesses, you'll recall) vehicles and that they are generally seen flashing red, white, and blue as an outward show of their alliance with the U.S. of A.

That Butler himself was taken aboard one of these triangular crafts and shown the complete history of our species via holography; a Weltanschauung which predictably places the Martian Goddesses at the very center of our species' development, lo these many thousands of years.

That the grey space aliens are not at all predatory vampires or interstitial incubae/succubae -- despite their reported actions to the contrary -- but instead friendly little "dolphins of heaven" (Butler's words, not mine) who envy our sexuality and emotions and need to breed in a li'l aggression to their species; ostensibly to help them prevail in their countless intergalactic dogfights with Reptoids, Draco, Orion Mercenaries, etc. etc. etc. ad ridiculum

That Puthoff and the gay OT-VII $cientologist Ingo Swann were at one time affiliated with the cult, and that they "have someone inside CIA."
