The Brown Ajah is dedicated to Knowledge. They tend to spend much time libraries and other places of reasearch. Is is the mission of the Browns to preserve the old knowledge and seek out the new. If one wants to know something, it is often more likely that a Brown will be able to tell you more about it then the Library.
