Background

Uirsador was born in a small part of Southern Mirkwood to the kin of King Thranduil o Mirkwood a few years after his sister Lindowyn. He was a happy child.

When Uirsador and Lindowyn were still young a darkness crept into Dol Guldur and forced the Elves north. Uirsador's parents went missing during this time, most suspect they were taking into Dol Guldur and tortured then slain at the hands of the Necromancer. No one knows for certain what happened to them. The two young Elves were taken in by Thranduil and raised with Prince Legolas.

Both Uirsador and Lindowyn showed great talents among the high ranks of Thranduil's court. Lindowyn became the Captain of the Guard while Uirsador turned to adminstration. He became the Steward of the Main Hall (where all celebrations, events, reasons for drinking were held) and the Wine Cellar. Uirsador also showed a great aptitude for hitting on the young maidens that happened into the king's court.

During the War of the Ring, Uirsador help keep Mirkwood safe from attack by serving in the defenses of the great forest. He also went out from time to time on Spider Hunts with his sister. He prefered staying indoors with a nice goblet of wine and a beautiful Elf-woman though. Who wouldn't?

After the War of the Ring and the subsequent leaving of Prince Legolas, Uirsador and Lindowyn became King Thranduil's closest servants. Uirsador especially was in charge of helping the king after a long night of drinking and parties. Only the two knew of Thranduil's deep sadness and loneliness from his son's leaving.

After Thranduil left Middle-Earth for the shores of Valinor, Uirsador and Lindowyn became the defacto guardians of the Elven Halls. Neither knew truly why they stayed, but both felt it was important to do so. They led the small fraction of Elves that had chose to stay in the defense and upkeep of the Hall, but it was certain the grandeur and awe that had once been was now gone with its King and the King's heir.

Now Uirsador travels with the Fellowship of the Dark Cloud. The Halls were turned over to the people of Rohan by Legolas, Last King of Mirkwood. Most recently, Uirsador found he had been chosen to bear the powers of the Valar Yavana against the risen Morgoth. He's even found a nice Elf-lady to settle down with in Erealithe perhaps. He just has to survive and resist the temptation to make grass grow out of Legolas' hair.
