I'm sure it's pretty obvious that I am for a Skywise Memorial and that I support it completely. Nonetheless, you are correct about the setting of precedence. However, what made me latch onto this was that it is the 1st Realmer to have died who had friends willing to make such a request. How I will feel about future memorials I cannot say, but it seemed appropriate to want to honor this individual in some way. Also, I don't think we'll be turning the Realm into a graveyard. Skywise Inn, Tavern, Cafe, etc. should be a place to be joyous, not melancholy. I know that if I were Skywise, I would not want my friends sitting around sad-faced. Will this set a precedence? Will every Realmer who passes on be remembered in some way? I'm not so sure. Like I said, in many ways, Skywise's case is special and I think that has a lot to do with it. Don't think for a second I don't appreciate your views. I'm glad to see that someone has considered the flip side of this.
