Background: DOA isn't really anyone important, he's just a small, weird-looking guy that hangs out with Emplate and finds him "fresh food," so to speak. I have no idea how he came about with Emplate or what's so special about him, he's just sorta... there. He's Emplate's servant and driver and, uh, that's about it.
