FACT FILE: S-30 Valkyrie
To wounded Marines, this vehicle is the most welcome sight on
the battlefield. Carrying a pair of Combat Medics and able to evacuate
up to a dozen wounded in a single trip, the Valkyrie is a vital part of
SFMC operations. With its excellent agility, good armor and defensive countermeasures,
the S-30 is a very durable vehicle. Valkyrie pilots are known for their
skill and determination in getting to the wounded, regardless of personal
risk. For this reason, Infantry and other ground forces will go to extreme
lengths to rescue a downed Valkyrie crew.

The Equipment Rating System
The preceeding descriptions of aerospace craft use a rating
system, rather than precise numbers. This is to simplify the factsheets,
and to make it easier to understand how each specific aerospace craft compares
to others. A value of zero (0) means none, while a value of 1 means minimal
and 10 means maximum within a given statistic.
