FACT FILE: S-12 Gladiator

The Gladiator is the primary transport for SFMC ground vehicles entering a combat zone from orbiting vessels. Well armored, and equipped with a good selection of defensive countermeasures, the S-12 is able to weather enemy fire and deliver its cargo to the combat area. Once there, it can rapidly deploy half of its cargo to either side of the vehicle, while simultaneously providing heavy fire support with its turret.

The Equipment Rating System
The preceeding descriptions of aerospace craft use a rating system, rather than precise numbers. This is to simplify the factsheets, and to make it easier to understand how each specific aerospace craft compares to others. A value of zero (0) means none, while a value of 1 means minimal and 10 means maximum within a given statistic.
