It relates to the ordering of the singularity as an octahedron.

1. Why do atoms and celestial bodies rotate?

The rotation is due to the action of forces transiting the neutral pathways.
The tesla bladeless turbine was used to explain this. The water going down a drain spins.  If you have a disk with 8 holes in it and force water through it, the disk will itself spin. This is how that turbine works. Above a certain velocity,  the flow of the fluid is self sustaining, it pumps.  [it will pump boiling water and do so without forming bubbles or "cavitating", like water churned by a
  propeller .. no bubbles]

As far as the electrons staying separate.... The electrons are NOT part of the atom, they are the content of the space the atom creates.  The torus is that space. If the atom is spinning wildly, that space will be a "cloud" as is taught in schools. The space is separated from the singularity (which singularity is the    QUANTUM     SUB    STRUCTURE   of space, by a region called a zone of or point of decoupling. In big bang theory, this is called the distance away from the initial banging point where light can escape THE STRONG FORCE. Going INTO the singularity,  this zone is called the event horizon, the zone beyond which one cannot escape being pulled into a black hole.
The electrons are separated from the atom, which is only energy shaped in the onion way. By these zones which are processes.

3. Why do celestial and presumably atomic bodies have a 45 degree tilt of the magnetic axis to  the axis of rotation?

The tilt is obvious due to the 45 degree tilt obvious in the grid pix of the all one charge octants. The spinnining is about one axis and the center of the singularity is entered and exited by the line through the middle of the vortices of the magnetic field.
The magnetic field is due to the quality of the celestial body.  There is no iron core in the moon.  There is one in earth.  Hydrogen makes up Jupiter and it is like a metal, making it a magnificent magnetic generator.   Earth and other bodies passing through it are made to generate electricity in the same way as the wire going through a magnetic field, as in a motor.
Those three questions are solvable by the paradigm as the identification of the nature of the singularity, which academics don't get. The paradigm however has more to it.
