Joe Y. and Ray H. both report that TRU west in Madison had two sets of these at noon today.

Darth Vader Emperor's Wrath & Shmi Waves

Both of these waves of figures can be found at various places in Madison. It seems most stores have at least a few figures from these waves on their pegs. I think having Farm & Fleet get the Darth Vader Emperor's Wrath wave helped the area out.
