Sunday, Nov. 29th:

A stop at Farm & Fleet in Madison shows that they still have quite a few of the Luke/Wampa & Luke/Taun Taun beast packs. They also had a Falcon case with the first Wedge in it. It was pretty beat up, but for someone looking for this variation it could be just the ticket. Should I mention that it is on clearance for $14.

Kay Bee east in Madison had 7 of the 12" 3-packs on the shelf.

Shopko Aberg in Madison had a couple of the Luke/Wampa and Luke/Taun Taun beast packs. If you are having a hard time getting these, you aren't trying. Shopko also has Star Wars on sale right now with figures being at $3.99. Not as good as TRU or Wal-Mart, but Shopko does have a different selection at least.

Still a couple of 12" Luke/ Wampa 2-packs at Target east in Madison, but no more Emperor/Royal Guard packs to be found.

Saturday, Nov. 28th:

Madison area Targets get in the 12" Emperor / Royal Guard 2-packs today! On a tip from Aaron at The Wisconsin Star Wars Collectors Page, I headed out to try and get these this morning. At the west side store, I found a cart with 3 cases of these on it (there are 6 2-packs per case) and a nice lady let me pick which one I wanted. The east side store already had 3 of them out on the shelf when I got there and I saw one guy put two of them in his cart. I get the feeling that the stores have more of these since both Targets had out more of the 12" Luke / Wampa 2-packs.

Jeff L. reports finding more DS Troopers and Ree-Yees at Farm & Fleet in Madison this morning. This seems to be the only place that is still getting these.

Black Friday, Nov. 27th:

Lots of stuff and big crowds marked this day. Merchandise was moving quickly, so if you seen anything that I didn't or you want to add to what I saw, send me an e-mail.

I started out at TRU east in Madison. Unfortunately I was a little late getting there, but they had 8 pegs of the Classic 8. I missed Chewy and Obi-Wan so I went over to TRU west in Madison. They had some of the Classic 8 figures, but not the two that I'm missing. There are two different variations in the packaging of R2-D2. One has the Light Saber to the left of R2-D2, the other has the Light Saber to the right. Of the ones that I got, only R2-D2 and Princess Leia were on .01 cards and the others were on .00 cards. Thanks to all who reported this to me.

Target west in Madison had an endcap of the 12" Luke Wampa 2-packs. I counted 34, but I'm sure that there are more in back. At Target east in Madison I saw 2 of the 2-packs, but Jeff L. reports seeing 5. No sign of the other 12" exclusives.

Kay Bee east in Madison had 6 of the 12" 3-packs out on the shelves. I'm glad I didn't need to get this since the lines were VERY long. A guy I know who works there told me that they did not get in any of the 12" Fetts.

Farm & Fleet in Madison had a couple of the Luke Wampa and Luke Taun Taun beast packs left, but all of the other figures that I posted about on Wednesday were gone.

Madison area Wal-Marts had zilch and it appears that holds true for the Madison area Shopkos.

Wednesday, Nov. 25th:

Wal-Mart east in Madison had in a case of the ROTJ 12" figures this morning. The Chewy was still there, but the Barquin D'an was missing, very strange. Another collector that I know was there as well and he picked up the Chewy.

Farm & Fleet in Madison had a lot of stuff today. DS Troopers and Ree-Yees, BS Luke wave figures, Luke Wampa and Luke Taun Taun beast packs. I picked up both sets of the DS Trooper and Ree-Yees for people I know who are looking for them, but the others are all still there.

Mitch writes in to say that he was able to pick up his 12" 3-pack at Kay Bee west in Madison yesterday. They didn't call him he had to call them. This leads me to believe that they only got in a few and not enough to cover all of the pre-orders.

Tuesday, Nov. 24th:

Software Etc. in Madison had the Han Taun Taun beast pack today. At $16.99 it is little pricey, but with how hard it to find Star Wars stuff right now, if you see it you should buy it. I believe that they only put out one of them and one Luke Wampa beast pack, them once they sell put out another one.

I called Kay Bee west in Madison to find out if they had in the 12" 3-pack. I was told that they didn't, but I got an e-mail from Aaron saying that he was told that they did get them in. Was anyone able to actually pick up the 3-pack from the west side store?

Saw a post on the newsgroup saying that Farm & Fleet in La Crosse had in DS Troopers and Ree Yees, check it out if you get the chance.

Monday, Nov. 23rd:

I was gone for the weekend, so I'm just trying to catch up.

Christopher P. informs me that Wal-Mart west in Madison also has figures at $2.76, but that they aren't likely to take the $2 off coupon.

Jeff L. informs me that he found Luke/Wampa and Luke/Taun Taun beast packs at Shopko Aberg in Madison on Sunday. Also on Sunday he found EU figures at Target east in Madison.

TRU east and west in Madison both have figures priced at $2.99. I believe that they still honor the $2 off coupon and that you only need one coupon for any number of non-freeze frame figures.

Kay Bee east in Madison is expecting another shipment of 12" 3-packs soon. This will take care of the last of the pre-orders and leave them some to put on the shelf. Note that they are still taking pre-orders if you haven't already bought one. Also, Kay Bee has figures marked down to $3.99.
