ROBERT RODRIGUEZ
Robert Rodriguez is an unknown to many people. Where the hell have you been!. I don't think there's another director who sold his body to science to raise money for his first film, and then with the $7,000 he raised shoot the film in two weeks. What a champion!. The film I just refered to is El Mariachi which he remade into Desperado with Antonio Banderas. El Mariachi was originally made to be released on video in Spain but it was picked up by some Hollywood film companies. Robert Rodriguez is trully a one man film crew (just check out the filmography)
However what many people feel to be his best movie (and the reason he's on this site) is the cult classic From Dusk Till Dawn with George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino. This film is one of my favourite horror films and it bolstered his reputation among Hollywood Big Shots. Robert is also set to direct Zorro with Antonio Banderas.
