Leadership is: The capacity to lead

AUTOCRATIC:
A government in which ONE person possesses unlimited power.
EXAMPLES: Adolf Hitler, Cult Leaders such as Charles Manson, King Louis XIV, Mussolini
DEMOCRATIC:
Government by the people;especially by rule of a majority
EXAMPLES: Bill Clinton, Jean Chretien, Sailor Moon (Fictional Anime Series)
LAISSEZ-FAIRE:
French for: To Let (the people) do (as they choose). A doctrine opposing governmental interference in economic affairs beyond the minimum necessary for the maintenance of peace and property rights.
