Space Marine Tactics

This is a tactics section on what to use against the other armies in the 40k universe.

ELDAR
Eldar are very specialized, so fight them in what they are bad at. For banshees and scorpions, shoot them, an don't let them get too close, or else they will probably rip your marines to shreds. For fighting their guardian, warp spiders, and swooping hawks, get into hand to hand combat. Those troops are horrible in hand to hand fighting, and will usually die in the first round of combat. To kill Dark Reapers, just blow them away with a deestator squad, so that they don't do much damage, or you could just take a squad of assault marines with jump packs up and slice them to bits.

ORKS
Take LOTS of sustained fire weapons like 2 devesator squads qith 3 heavy bolters each. Put your devestator squad where they can't be seen by the Orks Deathskulls, and force them to come to you. Don't use terminators against orks, because you will just use up points faster, and get less troops. Against Orks, you neeed all the troops you can get. And, remember to rapid fire your marines, that is the on;y way you will be able to kill lots of gretchin. Also remember to use frag grenades on the big groupings of boyz and grotz, so that you can hit lots of troops at the same time.

TYRANIDS

CHAOS
Take Terminators with and assault cannon and some hand to hand combat weapons, preferably thunderhammers and storm shields, so that they will get the 4+ unmodified save. And, take at lease 1 devestator squad to take of the tanks and other tough things like chaos termies.

BLOOD ANGELS
Just take some tactical marines, a devestaror squad, and a few tanks, and maybe a terminator squad, and just try to kill them before they kill you. But, try to stay out of hand to hand combat with the death company.

ULTRALATRINES
Just take some tactical marines, a devestaror squad, and a few tanks, and maybe a terminator squad, and just try to kill them before they kill you.

SPACE WOLVES
Just take some tactical marines, a devestaror squad, and a few tanks, and maybe a terminator squad, and just try to kill them before they kill you. But, try to stay away from their hand to hand combat dudes, cuz they can be pretty nasty.

DARK ANGELS
Just take some tactical marines, a devestaror squad, and a few tanks, and maybe a terminator squad, and just try to kill them before they kill you. Take out the ravenwing at a distance if possible, because they can be a nuisance up close.

Take some tanks, and kill the gurl with the multimelta first.

Bring lots of lascannons and lots of sustained fire weapons. Remember to use your marines frag grenades on the guardsmen, and remember to rapid fire when possible. Take out the tanks quickly, and use overwatch so that he doesn't bring out his tanks and blow away your guys really quickly.
