Terraforming Base 10 40,000 ------- This base can be built on any dead or recently devastated world to restore the ecology. They do this by rearranging the structure of the planet on a subatomic level. They use Trillions of Nano machines to do this. This is also used to render planets habitable for colonization when growth of a colony expands beyond domes.
Colony Cargo Freighter 20 30,000 10,000 These ships are vital to any colony's survival. They bring food, supplies, colonists, among other things. These will make your colony totally self-sufficient

Colony Requirements/Rules
 It will take 2 Runways per 1 billion to evacuate 1 billion people on a colony if needed. If evacuated, every week 1/4 of population resettles (or leaves your control) until you make a new colony, or 4 weeks is up and your population entirely resettles. 1 hydroponics farm is needed per billion. 1 Colony cargo freighter is needed per billion. 1 of both a hydroponics farm and a colony cargo freighter is needed when a new colony is bought. Your colony can survive 2 weeks without the necessary items however income for the colony is cut in half.
 

Colonial Government
 When the population of a colony reaches 1 billion people, a Colonial Government is formed. It functions much like a state government in the United States. The player owning the colony will receive a separate government account than his regular account. The Colonial Gov will receive 10,000 credits per week per billion and the main federal government will receive 20,000 per billion per week. This does not include the 64,000 credits which the player will continue receiving in his own account. This is optional.
