What does one say here? Hummmmm, well, I'm 49 years old, ( the BIG five-o next year! ARRGGGG! ) and I was born on Ground hog day, here in B.C Canada, and although I was born in Canada I spent almost all of my early childhood in England. I had the most wonderful childhood any one could ask for, full of fun and laughter. My mother, with her Romani Gypsy heritage, worked at the Batersea Fun Fair in London in the summers as a Fortune Teller, and where we wintered she worked at an Arcade owned by her brother. I grew up walking the merry -go-round and helping my mom collect the money. I walked better on that moving object than I did on solid ground. ha ha ha.
At age 10 we moved back to Canada and although I didn't have the numerous close relatives that I had in England, we were a close family , ( my 3 sisters and my parents & I). Also we no longer lived the type of life we had in England , now it was totally different ,we lived way- way way out in the country, with Lots of animals ( 16 Cats, 8 dogs, chickens, and a raccoon .) It was very quite and very different from what we were used to, instead of a city life, a country one, instead of a Private school, a public, one room school, and so on. As children will, we soon adapted and grew to love our Canadian life as much as we had our English one.
I had a little trouble as a teen not wanting to follow "home" rules, but it not as bad as it could have been seeing as how it was in the '60's ha ha ha.
In high school I met my hubby and we married in 1970 ( to young to young! my parents said) , we have just celebrated our 29 Anniversary in July of this year.

I have three children & a Cat , ages 21, 19 and 9 ( the Cat is aprox 10 yrs. old. hee hee). Although the youngest( child) was an OOPs... ( wink-wink), she is the joy of our lives, and keeps us young. The oldest two have moved out and live on their own with numerous stops per day to visit and "shop" at my house . ha ha ha

I am new age, pagan, or something like that????????, it is the only thing I can think of to call myself . This is a tough subject to discuss , although it is a little easier to do here rather than face to face with someone.
I believed that most religions use the same basic teachings and although there may be differences on the surface, they all teach us to live in harmony with our environment. With this in mind and searching for "more" I started on the "Path" I now walk today. I believe in "Mother Nature", I believe in all life having a "life force" & "spirit" & I believe that God/ Goddess is all around us, not just in man made churches.Well, as to there being a God and Goddess, take a good look around, There aren't many life forms that don't have a "Pair" now are there?, so why wouldn't "God" be a pair ( at least ) if we are "Made" in Gods image? Or is that only for men, and women aren't included in that ?
So its Lord and Lady,(or God and Goddess),and the whole wide world is my "church"
I believe in subtle magic, and I believe there has to be more to "Faith" than the Christian Religion holds,Well, for me anyway. This wasn't stated to upset anyone, I hope I haven't. I don't push my religious beliefs on anyone , I am just me, weird or not. LOL And after all, at least I believe in something hey?

...I'll soon be turning 50!!
Wow an "old woman " lol
Countdown to the big day....
well that's come and gone! ha ha ha but I thought I'd leave it counting as I like gadgets..

. It's hard to write about yourself isn't it? I'll add more a little later.
