She's a wicked creature with no permanent residence, though she's got a treasury, where she keeps everything she has plundered and mugged off her victims. She moves around, gets in touch with well-off naive commoners, uses her persuasive abilities and psionic charm to gain their confidence. She might employ various tactics of extortion, fraud, imposture.
