The Master (Mark Metcalf)
The Master was the head vampire villian for the entire first season of "Buffy". He spent most of his time trying to break through the interdimensional portal he was trapped in so he could take over the world. However, Buffy ended up foiling all his plans to get out of the portal. Then, in "Prophecy Girl" he drinks Buffy's blood when she comes down to kill him and that sets him free. However, Xander and Angel manage to revive Buffy and she ends up killing the Master by throwing him on top of a broken table leg. In the second season premiere the Master's bones make a guest appearance but since Buffy ends up smashing those to bits it is safe to say the Master won't be coming back.
Catherine Madison
One twisted mother, she appeared in "The Witch" as the mom who swaps bodies with her teenage daughter, Amy, to relive her high school glory days on the cheerleading squad. However, Buffy and pals manage to help the "real" Amy get her body. And, as for Catherine, she is forever entombed in a cheerleading trophy in Sunnydale High School.
Natalie French
Xander fell for her in "Teacher's Pet" when she was his substitute Biology teacher. Little did he know that she's really a giant praying mantis that only looks human. Luckily, Buffy, Giles, and Willow get there in time to save him from being eaten alive. They also chop Miss French into itty-bitty bits so she won't be able to harm anymore virgin young men ever again. (Opps, did I say virgin? Xander's going kill me now.)
Annointed One
Rises from the ashes of five dead people in a bus accident in "Never Kill A Boy on the First Date". A prophecy the Master reads says He will be the one to lead the Slayer into Hell. Which he does in "Prophecy Girl", unfortunately she makes it out alive and in the second season he is offed by the new vampires in town, Spike and Drusilla, whom don't much care for Prophecies or Tradition.
Darla
Is proclaimed the Master's Favorite in "Angel" where she is killed off by Angel himself because of her attempt to kill Buffy. Darla had also appeared in "Welcome to the Hell-Mouth" and "The Harvest" as a vampire flunkie to the Master.
Principal Snyder
Ok, maybe he's not a vampire or a demon but you have to admit he is creepy and he does take joy out of being a pest to Buffy and friends. His first episode was "The Puppet Show" and has been a menace in and thru out the second season and is going to be back for the third. So, watch out! After all you don't know what he, the mayor, and city council are up to.
Moloch
The demon who takes over the Internet in "I Robot, You Jane". A demon who uses the human emotion, love, to his advantage to gain followers tries romancing Willow in a chat room. But, Willow is smart enough to figure out she's being had, after a while. Giles uses the help of a technopagan/computer teacher named Miss Calendar to force Moloch out of the Net. But, even then Buffy, Willow, and Xander have to destroy the robot that Moloch downloaded himself into.
Marcy Ross
A girl who became invisible because people ignored her sets out to hurt Cordelia and the Popular Crowd in "Invisible Girl (Out of Mind, Out of Sight)". Buffy manages to prevent Marcy from causing anyone any permenant damage, but can't stop a covert government agency from taking Marcy away and teaching her to be an assassin.
