Principal Flutie
He was introduced at the begining of "Welcome to the Hell-Mouth" as the kindly almost wimpy-like Principal of Sunnydale High School who seemed genuinely concerned for his students. Or was at least more into supplying therapy for everyone than his successor Principal Snyder. Principal Flutie made his exit in "The Pack". He was devoured by four of his students that were possessed by the spirit of a hyena at the time.
Darla
Darla was slayed in the episode "Angel" by Angel. She was trying to get him to come back to her since they had been lovers as vampires before his gypsy curse. He staked her just as she was going to kill Buffy. One of the most memorable scenes in the entire show was when Darla turned around right after Angel drove the stake home and said his name with such feeling it could break anyone's heart, before she became dust.
The Dummy
I am refering to the Dummy from "The Puppet Show". His real body had been dust for quite a while but his soul was stuck in the Howdy-Doody type Dummy and the only was for him to have his soul to be at rest was to kill the group of demons that had made him what he is. The last demon ended up being the magician in the talent show at the high school. Buffy, Xander, and Willow arrived just in time to save Giles from the demon who was trying to cut Giles's head open to get his brain. Buffy subdued the demon but when the time came the Dummy dealt the last blow to send his soul to the next world.
The Master
He made his debut in "Welcome to the Hell-Mouth" as the fierce master of all the vampires of Sunnydale. He was the main vampire villian for the entire first season. Then, Buffy impaled the Master on a table leg at the end of "Prophecy Girl" but instead of turning to dust a skeleton remained. In "When She Was Bad" the Annonted One organized a plan to bring the Master back to life, but Buffy foiled it when she smashed the Master's bones to bits with a sledgehammer.
Annointed One
He rose from the dead in "Never Kill A Boy On The First Date" because five people died at once in a manner that was prohecized by an ancient vampire centuries before. Since he was a child when he died he retained his innocent looking face that was supposed to fool the Slayer into trusting him. However, Giles educated her enough to know what he was so all he ended up doing was leading Buffy to the Master's Lair. Of course when Buffy ended up killing the Master the Annointed One was upset and tried for revenge by bringing the Master back to life. But, since Buffy prevented the Master's resurrection in "When She Was Bad" the Annointed One tried to kill her instead. At the beginning of "School Hard" Spike and Drusilla come to town. They don't mesh with the Annointed One because Spike and Dru have more modern views of how to be a vampire. At the end of the episode the Annointed One is snuffed out by Spike and Drusilla by being locked in a cage and having the cage hoisted up before a window that had sunlight pouring in.
