Sarah Michelle Gellar

EARLY LIFE & PRE-BUFFY:
Ever since the age of 4, Sarah has been hanging around sets. The first were those of Burger King commercials where SMG chided McDonalds for their stingy patties. This alone gives Gellar a place in history for being one of the first on-air spokesperons to disparage a competitor. This lead to a lawsuit against Burger King that has since been dubbed "The Battle of the Burgers" and was settled out of court in 1982. From then on SMG worked almost nonstop in commercials and tv movies, mission months of school at a time. Gellar was 15 when she won the role of Kendall Hart on ABC's popular soap opera, "All My Children". In her second year on "All My Children" SMG won an Emmy and left soon after. Rumors say that Susan Lucci (who played SMG's mom on the soap) and Gellar were not the best of friends. Sarah also starred in a lesser known soap that was canceled quickly called "Swan's Crossing".

CURRENTLY:
Miss Gellar has appeared in two popular films already ("I Know What You Did Last Summer" and "Scream 2") and over this summer's hiatus has worked on two more ("Cruel Interventions" and "Vanilla Fog") to be released later this year. She has also started filming the third season of "Buffy" which will make its season premiere on September 29th.

As far as her personal life goes Miss Gellar is very private and all most of us know is that she lives by herself in a house she owns in Los Angeles.
