In hushed whispers,there is a legend of a mysterious black rider of the night. In a time,
an era, which weapons are a necessity and fighting or avoiding danger have become a
way of life, not many things engender fear or mystery. Panther is an enigma in that respect.
Rumors and legends run throughout the underworld. Not much is known except what is in
the police files. A motorcycle rider completey clad in black, with reflective visor. Armed and dangerous, skilled in the use of martial arts, swordmanship, and deadly with a crossbow. More is told on the streets. For those that claim to have seen the dark rider, these facts remain consistant. The black clothing, the sword is a katana, the corssbow is uncannily accurate, the dark motorcycle isn't stock, and Panther never speaks. One legend claims Panther is really the spirit of a valiant prince who was killed in an ambush years ago. Quick disappearances after claimed sightings seem to support the supernatural claim since it would seem that Panther moves through walls, or in and out of planes. Another Myth has Panther as truly an animal, only seen at night in human form. A lycanthrope of feline subspecies. This is also unconfirmed, but there have been were-sightings before so it can't be entirely discounted. Another legend has Panther as a secret agent of a benevolent mage wandering the earth with magical guidance and protection. The true nature of Panther remains a mystery and many people don't even believe in his existance.
