The Imperial Bard's Archive

You now stand in the Archive's main hall. Before you proceed further, a brief history lesson. The Archive is one of the oldest and most venerated libraries on the Klingon homeworld. These ancient walls have stood unmolested for centuries as great armies fought around it, leaving it untouched. In ancient times the preservation of knowledge was done mainly through oral tradition, with very little being preserved with pen and parchment. Therefore those few libraries that did exist, were treated almost as if they were sacred places. In this day and age libraries are more common, but few can boast of such an long and honored tradition as this. Some of the greatest Klingon clerics, scholars, and bards that have ever lived have studied here and have in turn added their own stories, songs, and poetry. Traditionally only such professionals could gain access to the Archive scrolls however recently, the general public has gained limited access. The Master Curator is G'doth. He is currently working in another part of the library and is not available now. He has authorized the following works for general public viewing.
