Lovely London
You can do just about anything in London. Theater, museums, shoppings, castles, dungeons....

If your tastes fall a little to the "morbid" side, might I recommend the London Dungeons? A great wax art museum that displays every kind of way to die in London in the middle ages. Warning! This is not for the faint of heart! You can have your picture taken in a precarious position!
The Tower of London is also a nice place to spend a good part of the day. You can go in and out of the different
towers and in the White Tower there are all kinds of different weapons, and armor on display. You can also visit the Crown Jewels while you are there. Warning!! The line up is longer than it looks!! If you've never seen them before, you do have to see them, and when you leave you'll be glad that you did. However, your second thought will be, "I don't want to do that again!" The actual line up to see them weaves itself through several different rooms before you even start to hear the movie playing about the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. You are absolutely tuckered out by the time you get to the conveyor belt that takes you past the jewels. Then you are outta there!

So many things to do, so little time. Big Ben , Westminister Abby and Buckingham Palace (picture from St. James Park) and Tower Bridge are all very popular sites in London. If it's museums you're looking for, try the British Museum, chock full of the spoils of England's conquests around the world. The National Gallery (beside Trafalgar Square) is the place to go for great works of art. The West End is home to London's theater scene and nightlife. If you're travelling with kid, why not try out the Science Museum, where you'll find lots of things to see and do! Shopping? Harrods is a great (and extremely busy) store where you can find anything! This doesn't even scratch the surface of this great city.
All of the pictures on this page were all taken and/or owned by me. If you'd like to use any of them, please e-mail me and ask. I'm a pretty nice person and I'll more than likely let you use them!
