Mirca & Cecily's Spot

You notice a small white bird in a nearby tree, hoping about from one branch to another. It appears to be some kind of finch. It cocks it's head at you, then it poses looking upward. It opens it's beak, and a sweet trill emerges.

"Hello, Mirca!" says Silvanon. Mirca blinks at Silvanon, then flys over to perch on a finger. Silvanon gently rubs the feathers behind his neck. "This is my canary, Mirca," Silvanon explains. "He's a male, so he likes to sing a lot."

"He's very pretty," you say.

Silvanon smiles. "Yes. You should have seen him before his feathers came in, though."

Just then a golden shape swoops down out of the sky, and perches on a branch over your head. You look up, and the golden bird chirps at you.

"Ah, and here's Cecily. She's actually younger than Mirca, but she developed faster. She's from Growing Exotic Birds." Silvanon tells you.

Cecily hops down to the ground, and for the first time you notice the small brown book lying in the grass.
