Andino
Relay Service
A Free Pirate Station
Hi friends!
The ANDINO RELAY SERVICE, is a free and true pirate station which broadcast with its own transmitter, also lending its broadcasting facilities to all free stations of the World.
We are in a secret location, near to the beautiful and majestic Andes mountain range.
Our activities began February 8, 1998 operating on 6965L khz, then on June 19, 1998 we continued our transmissions testing new equipment with programmes containing typical andean sounds, over a frequency of 6880L khz from 22:00 to 00:00 UTC.
At the present, our equipment consists of a hybrid SSB tube transmitter with a power of almost 100 watts, with a dipole antenna covering most South American countries and others outside of the Continent. During our June 19, 1998 transmission, our signal was picked up in Europe and Africa according to reports we received from there.
We would like to take advantage of this, inviting all free stations to undertake free relays through our facilities, and would very much appreciate receiving your programmes of 45 to 60 minutes duration, in either English, German or Spanish, this would be no problem. The most important thing though is you mention your postal address slowly and clearly, so our listeners can understand the message perfectly.
For letters & tapes receptions, please (for security reasons), use our contact address located in a S.Am. country.
Thereafter, our correspondent will send your mailing through the quickest and shortest route.
