Everybody was eating breakfast in the Tendo dojo. Xell-chan had just
teleported back and was pouring hot water over her head. Her hair then
became darker and where the girl had been sitting , now sat a handsome
young man.
Sylpheel Tendo, Lina's oldest sister said, "Don't worry about the bra,
we'll go into town and I'll buy you a new one."
"Thanks." said Lina, not looking at Xellos or anybody else for that
matter, her 5th plate of food captured her full attention.
Filia Tendo, the third Tendo daughter took out a calculator and calculated
the property damage caused by the chase that morning. "It's really cheaper
just to buy a new bra."
"So how are the preparations for your party going?" asked Xellos between
bites, changing the subject.
"Oh fine, thank you, we've ordered food from Sherra's and Martina's
restaurants, so all I have to do is take care of the house." said Sylpheel,
her ever present smile growing wider. Sylpheel just loved birthdays, especially
her own.
A knock was heard from the front door and Sylpheel went over to open
it. A young man walked in. A yellow and black bandanna was holding his
brown hair behind his ears. He looked very tired and had his umbrella over
one shoulder.
"Zelgadis! Come in! You look tired, sit down" said Lina walking over
to him.
"You're just right in time for Sylpheel’s birthday." she continued
as Zelgadis sat down.
"Birth...? Oh! Yes of course! That's why I'm here, wouldn't miss it
for the world..." said a very nervous Zelgadis. He was always like that
when he was near the sweet and beautiful Lina. He turned to Sylpheel and
congratulated her.
"Thank you Zelgadis." Sylpheel said smiling at him.
"So you found your way back here, P-CHAN!" said Xellos walking behind
Zelgadis.
"P-chan?" Lina looked around searching her pet blue pig.
"Xellos!! How dare you joke about P-chan? It's your fault he left in
the first place, with you chasing him around the house all the time!" said
Lina looking at him very angrily, "He's so small and defenseless. Who knows
where he is now?"
Xellos was bound by his honor not to tell her that her 'pet', the one
she slept with, was indeed the young man standing in front of her. But
to hint a little didn't hurt anyone....
"He might be closer that you think..." Xellos said.
"You're so dead." whispered Zelgadis.
"Baka!" said Lina grabbing Zelgadis' arm and leading him towards the
breakfast table.
Needless to say Zelgadis was in the seventh heaven. If only
I hadn't got this curse... If only I were completely human... If only I
could deserve her.... Damn you Xellos!!... thought Zelgadis.
"Ignore him, I'll get you something to eat." said Lina to him.
"I hope you mean to give him some of Sylpheel’s cooking. Afterall,
we don't want to poison our guest now."
"Idiot!!" Lina dumped a bucked of cold water on top of Xellos and proceeded
to fireball Xell-chan into the sky for the second time that morning.
