Strategies:
This deck was primarily built for America, but could be modified for
Europe with a Distributed HQ.  Use H. Thalmanns and Covert Ops 
Contracts for quick resource production.  Find enemy HQ quickly with
bases and deploy assets quickly in conjuction with Raid Coordinators
to boost their Firepower.  Use Sensei Operative's re-hide ability with
Raid Cooridinators for an attack where Sensei Operative gets no combat
damage.  Also use Turima in conjunction with Raid Coordinator for an 
overwhelming Firepower attack.
