Description Background
Thiazi is a lean, lithe Dwarf with almost sickly grey-white skin and long, dark hair and beard. His movements are fluid and catlike, and lightning-quick in the midst of battle. He carries with him his race's natural aversion to sunlight and instinctive dislike of pretty much every other major race on the mainland. He slinks from town to town, weapons literally dripping off of him. Many of his weapons are longer than he is tall, and this provides much amusement for passers-by. The laughter stops, however, when Thiazi's deadly blades whirl and flash almost of their own will, effortlessly dispatching Thiazi's opponents. There are rumors that he amuses himself by jumping in the middle of bandit camps blindfolded in the dead of night and slaying every last bandit. These rumors are highly unlikely, but seemingly not impossible… Thiazi grew up in the midst of conflict, as the belligerent Derro Dwarves are constantly feuding with their cousins of the hills and mountains and pretty much anyone else they can pick a fight with. He learned the art of swordplay early, as he had to contribute to the defense of his tribe at an early age or be banished. He displayed natural talent and soon his skills increased past what his masters could teach. He began wandering, testing himself against any opponent who seemed worthy, and defeating them all. His ego will not allow him to serve a lord or master, as he thinks there is no one worthy of his services. No one is sure where his loyalties lie, as he swears fealty to no lord and seems to have little interest in accumulating wealth.
