Description			Background
Unlike other member's of her race, Tempest's skin is a dark, ashy shade of gray rather than black. Her eyes also are drained of color giving her a cold, steely gaze. She generally wears a black cloak with the hood pulled up around her face, thigh high black riding boots and elbow length black gloves to hide her tender skin from the sun. Tempest has tried to move beyond her traumatic past and sometimes overcompensates by being extra bubbly and cheerful. However, she is quickly depressed and reduced to tears when she encounters others who have been mistreated and abandoned.			Tempest's family was attacked by a group of desert nomads when she was 8 and left to die in the desert. The blazing desert sun damaged her skin and eyes. The last thing she remembers is a dark shadow passing over her before she lost consciousness. When she awoke, her skin was healed (but still tender). She never found out who saved her but from that time on she found that she was extremely lucky in all she did. She began to learn the ways of the sword and magic to make sure nothing like this would ever happen to her or anyone else again.
