Description Background
Outwardly, Hepac cannot be distinguished from a common Goblin: he has dark green hair and his skin is a slightly lighter shade of green. He has pointed ears and glittering green eyes. He dresses in tattered leathers and furs, and a ragged shirt of chain mail is draped over his torso. Inside, however, he is a quivering, slavering, barely contained fountain of rage. He is always screaming and jabbering in some crazy language that even Goblins consider gibberish. He often has fits of violence, throwing himself hacking, biting, clawing, kicking, and screaming onto any offending person or object. It is not uncommon for him to knock himself senseless after deciding a rock or a tree had looked at him funny. Needless to say, he travels alone. Hepac has lived alone for as long as he can remember, eking out a living from the barren wastes of Khaz Modan. No one is certain where he came from, as he is never coherent enough to carry on an intelligible conversation. He is actually considered to be somewhat of a "boogie-man" to several Goblin tribes in the area that he haunts.
