A great hulking brute who constantly seeks to test himself in battle. Is rude, crude, crass and boorish to most other creatures and tends to bully those he sees to be weaker than he. Suspicious and wary of that which he can't comprehend, which is pretty much everything. Dresses in simple leathers and bronze armor. |
Gorgo was never the sharpest sword in the armory, but that never stopped him from pretty much doing whatever he felt like growing up (and up and up) in the mountains of Nin. He loved contests of strength and endurance, where his high constitution would often give him the edge. Grew bored with the lack of challengers in his home community, and left to wander the world, doing pretty much whatever caught his fancy. Mostly he caused harmless, although destructive, mischief until he was caught and very nearly executed in Khaz Modan. This incident began with a harmless (to him, anyway) game of Stomp the Goblin, which involved chasing a village of goblins screaming through a muddy field and stomping them one by one into the mud. Apparently the local warlord took exception to this, and sent a veritable army of Uruk-Hais and Rock Trolls to bring down the "marauding" Cyclops. Gorgo was subdued without too much of a fight, but several Uruks and Troll found themselved buried in a mudhole shaped like Gorgo's foot. He was netted and dragged before the warlord, all the while laughing hysterically at his newly-discovered form of entertainment. It wasn't until the warlord sentenced him to death and lined up a battery of ballistas to shoot him with that Gorgo figured he had worn out his welcome. Snapping his bonds, he managed to get a quick game of Stomp the Ballista in before making his escape, hopping painfully on one foot while
extracting a ballista bolt from the other. He wandered the world for a while, testing his mettle against various monsters until he was embroiled in a conflict with Cain and the Vampire Nation, coming to the assistance of Draeden and
company. The adventuring business provides plenty of amusement for him, and he couldn't be happier. |
