Description			Background
Cutter is a short, but muscular young man. He has short brown hair to match his eyes. His skin is abnormally pale. He rarely smiles or shows any emotion.			Like many of his fellow hunters, his parents were killed when he was a child. He spent the next 7 years studying his martial skills to become a hunter. During one such encounter with a master vampire, he tumbled into an uncompleted mystic portal created by one of the vampires henchmen. The magical energies fused into Cutter's body increasing his strength and speed to match that of the vampire. Unfortunately, his skin became as pale as his foe permanently.
