-Opening scene is Destro signing a treaty with the Gustav of Talmonia. He has decided that Destro should also be his military advisor and he wants peace throughout Europe, so he will sign the treaty with the U.E.C. (United European Community).

-Switches to on T.V. viewing. Watched by the Jugglers in the Pentagon. They proclaim that this treaty will lead to the downfall of peace and democracy. They decide that they must send someone in to prove that this is a fraud but someone not connected to the U.S. (because it would look like the U.S. would be underminding peace within waring counties who have been fighitng for decades) incase they fail. They call for General Clayton M. Abernathy (Hawk) and his aid, Lonzo R. Wilkinson (Stalker).

-Drednoks in Reno. The boys are watching T.V. in a motel room when they notice Destro on television. The call over Zarana and she recognizes Zartan through his disguise. She calls the Drednoks to ride. -Days later in the Virgin Islands. Flint is doing push-ups and Chuckles is relaxing with Lady Jaye and an unknown girl (Kyla, Chuckles girlfriend). Flint wants to know how long Chuckles has this cottage (They've been in the Caribean since the closing of the pit). Chuckles says a guy owes him a favor so they'll be there as long as the want. An islander comes up to Chuckles and gives him a document (orders).

-Hours later Flint and Chuckles are dressing and getting ready to leave. Flint and Lady Jaye have a talk and Flint promises he'll be back soon. Chuckles leaves the keys with Lady Jaye and says good bye to Kyla.

-Flint and Chuckles get in the car with D'Komo. They asked where they are flying off the island. D'Komo smiles and says they're geeting off by curtousy of the U.S.S. Flagg. a shot of the Flagg is off in the water.

-While on the dock and getting in the boat and in the boat. They ask what the Flagg is doing out in the Gulf and D'Komo says something might be going down with Cuba. Plus they've been working out improvements with the Stealth Fighter. D'Komo says that no one has seen the pilot, more that usual. Chuckles asks about Admiral Keel haul D'komo laughs (he doesn't know that is the admiral's code name) and says he's lightened up a bit. D'Komo says also present from the chaplain school is Master Diver Malcolm R. Willoughby (Deep Six), Warrant Officer Victor W. Sikorski (Lift Ticket) and (E-5) Edward J. Menninger (Backblast) [and Windmill].

-As the boat is being raised to the top; Keel-Haul, Backblast, Lift Ticket, Deep-Six, and Windmill are waiting. After a warm greeting they ask what evreyone is doing out here. Keel haul askes if they heard about Destro on the television lately. The two say no and Keel haul tells them about it. Flint and Chuckles wonder if that's what they've been called to investigate. They talk about how Destro was good and something has happened. They get in the Tamohawk with Lift Ticket and say good by. Windmill states that it was good working as a team. Flint says will always have the memories.

-In Broca Beach, Drednoks arrive. They need a stock pile of supplies to go acroos the Atlantic. Zandar arrives. He's been missing for years. He says he's just been off on his own.

-Lift Ticket drops them off in Washington D.C. He says good bye and that they'll be back in the Virgin Islands in no time. Lt. Shultz is there (a no name) to escort them to a room. Flint wonders how Lady Jaye is doing. (Transition)

-Lady jaye and Kyla are relaxing outside talking. View changes to someone's binoculars he says something.

-General Hawk confirming about the mission with Stalker in the Pentagon (do not mention details of the mission). They don't like what they have to work with. Stalker hold his arm about a scar the jugglers gave him in 107. He says they're up to something. Flint and Chuckles (in full dress apparal) walk down the hall to meet up with Stalker. Stalker says very little and takes them to the Juggler's room.

-Inside the board room is several men with little simles on there faces. Flint says” So yo9u men are the Jugglers, I’m very impressed (sarcasim)

-Jug 1 says: Why thank you for the compliment. I’m sure you got your orders and are preparing to take on what awaits you. (So and So) code name, chuckles; Im sure with the “who you know” circuit you can get into UEC’s borders with no problem.

-Chuck: yes sir.

-Jug 2: good, we know nothing about the UEC, how they are armed, there defenses, there motive, are they on our side or not. You must find out. And its chairman, this Destro character, deal with him as best you can.

-Stalker: do I detect a grudge sir? (78, 79)

-Jug 3: silence, comments like that are very unhealthy for your career.

-Stalker thinks to himself: and your life.

-Jug 4: Any questions about your mission?

-Flint: yes sir, the mission is understood, however it is written out like this is a three man operation and I see only myself and Chuckles.

-Jug 1: Bery observative, this is a three man operation, you will be accompanied by a thrid party, I believe you might know each other. This will be interesting to se old friends reunited. Bring him in
