Joxer, Gabrielle, and Autolycus must band together to stop Joxer's manaic twin brother from assassinating Cleopatra.  Joxer talks about his childhood in this episode.  Gabrielle learns that Jett has always been the favorite in Joxer's family and Joxer was the black sheep.  Joxer and Jett also talk briefly about the third brother Jace, although he is not seen in this episode and is referred too as loopy.  Xena pops in durning the end of the episode just in time to save the day (as always).  Jett ends up saving Joxer from Pontius when Pontius tries to kill Joxer.  Joxer and Jett patch up their relationship and Jett is taken to prison in Marimus, the same prison that holds their father.  Jett tells his brother that he has a good thing going and not to blow it.  He also tells him "hold on to that little blond, she's pretty smart."

Joxer Quotes

"I didn't steal it!  I liberated it!  But I came this close to murder.  Those little beaks are sharp."

"Y--yeah, I, um--I am pretty
dangerous--aren't I?"

Gabrielle: "Now why is it you never mentioned you had a brother?"
Joxer: "'Cause I was embarassed ok?"
Gabrielle: "Ok...I guess it would...would be hard knowing that your brother was an assassin."
Joxer: "You don't know the half of it! My whole life has been, 'Jett stole some horses, Jett torched a village, Jett killed the neighbors.' My parents were so proud."

Autolycus: "Alright let me get this straight.  You want me to sneak into a castle, to stop his lunatic brother from assassinating someone we don't know, for no gain whatsoever?"
Gabrielle: "Exactly."
Autolycus: "I don't  think so--I'm not half as dumb as he looks."
Joxer: "Yeah, I'm not half as d---"
