================================================================= {Dacia Blackthorne walks in thru the back entrance of the coliseum with her AWI duffle bag, leather bomber, black jeans, shades, and a DiscMan over her shoulder.} [Blackthorne] {singing} Isn't it ironic ... don't you think ... a little too ironic ... yeah I really do think! {Looks up and notices the camera crew} You guys are like the CIA or somethin the way you just materialize in front of people with lights and cameras. I'm beginning to think you're the concept behind the MIB's. Let's keep this short and sweet since I might be too much of a "camerahog" for some people's taste. Yeah I'm talkin to you Alliyah. It's no secret that you you've got it in for me. Don't know why but you do. No matter. Just set the date and I'll let the doctors set your bones later. Interestin shake up of things lately here in the AWI. Seems like everyone and their mother is all of a sudden shootin of their mouth and jockeyin for a title before Union III gets here. Last time I checked The Angel was still flying high in Heaven with the belt, Victory was still houndin Robbie, and Suzie was still throwin people like paper weights. Couldn't help but notice that I was ranked third and my most favorite person in the world was still a step ahead of me. Go figure. {Dacia gets to her room, keys in, tosses her bag on the floor, and closes the door.} Oh I'm not wrestlin tonight. I've got a ticket so I'll be ringside watchin the action. Like I said before, I'm lettin everythin come at it's own pace. No more runnin blindly into battle for this one here. Besides, everytime I step into the ring every gal in the buildin wants to become a wrestler for the moment and introduce themselves to me. I think I'll play my cards more carefully from no on. Oh well love. It's almost show time ... well actually he's gone so it's not. Anyway, see ya round! {Dacia puts her headphones back on and procedes to the main hallways to watch the action.} ================================================================= [Deep Voice]: AND HE GATHERED THEM TOGETHER INTO A PLACE CALLED ARMAGEDDON ... {Quick scene of the Pittsburgh Civic Center, and the crowd going NUTS at the beginning of the show.} ... AND THERE WERE VOICES ... {Cut scene of Robbie Stevens mouthing off} ... AND THUNDERS ... {Cut scene of Steve the Insane giving some wrestler the Frontal Lobotomy} ... AND LIGHTNINGS ... {Cut scene of Sarah Victory roundhouse kicking Mississippi Queen} ... AND THERE WAS A GREAT EARTHQUAKE ... {Suddenly the screen EXPLODES in a flash of light into:} A R M A A W G I E D D O N ================================================================= {Pan across the Civic Arena, and the fans cheering their heads off ... Fireworks flash inside the ring. Finally center on Johnny Rocket and Reynard Guile.} [Rocket] WOW! [Guile] That means welcome to Armageddon. [Rocket] ... Welcome to this special LIVE edition of AWI Armageddon, fans, coming to you from the Pittsburgh Civic Arena, as we celebrate the RETURN of the Allied Wrestling International to syndicated television and the Wrestling Channel! We are your hosts for this evening ... Johnny Rocket and with me is Reynard Guile. Your regular hosts are on special assignment this week, but will be back for next week. [Guile] Great, Rocket. Why don't you just announce us as "Rocket and Guile: Announcing Scabs for this evening"? [Rocket] We have a great line-up of matches for you tonight, including the first team-up of Crystal Crow and his manager Jade Tiger, when they face the International Players, Chris Sim and Carlos Mendoza; Sarah Victory taking on one half of the women's Tag Champions, Brenda Storm ... The Sharp Dressed Men: Robbie Stevens and Television Champion 'Joey' Hasagawa facing the Honor Guard ... and a match in the NORTH AMERICAN TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT, as the Toxic Twins, led by Tamara, face the Mississippi Mob, led by Mississippi Queen. ================================================================= [Guile] Sharp Dressed Men versus the Honor Guard? Wha-- are they still having that match? [Rocket] Why wouldn't they? [Guile] Oh, no reason, other than the Guard just signed with the AWA. It'd be the first time I can remember a team being in two places at virtually the same time. [Rocket] I can't say. Perhaps they have an agreement with both organizations. [Guile] Doubtful. [Rocket] I'm sure there is a reasonable-- {Suddenly, "An Ode to No One" plays and John Robertson, in a suit with his belt in hand, goes to the ring making an unscheduled appearence. Despite this the fans don't spare him thier feelings of him, as he is showered with boos ... and various purchases from the concession stand which he seems none too pleased with. He enters the ring, and grabs the mic from the ring announcer.} [John Robertson] If all of you hypocritcal pathetic ticket purchasers would please be quiet for a moment, I may be able to deliver for you what you would probibly consider some /GOOD/ news, though why you would is beyond me. {Although the boos do swell up for a moment, they quickly die down a bit, possibly in intrigue, possibly because the average fan's lung capacity has been exhausted.} [Robertson] That is much better. Now, even before I won this title, my stated purpose was to make it worth its name. I wanted to make sure that the AWI World title holder be given the same amount of respect and admiration that the holder of any Summit world title would be given because of the fact he was the AWI World Champion. In my title reign I have tried my hardest to do so. However, I have come to the conclusion that I have failed. {He pauses to take a breath, and continues} [Guile]: Well, if he would actually DEFEND it once in a while, he wouldn't have failed. [Robertson] However, I have failed due to no fault of my own. I set out to do the impossible, and that is to prove oneself worthy in the sea of the talentless. It is impossible to prove oneself great by defeating the pathetic, and that is the task I have tried to undertake here. The AWI is devoid of the level of competition available in other SWA federations, and I, John Robertson, CANNOT prove that I am what I say I am, and what I said I am every single wrestler in that locker room and every wrestling locker room in the world knows I am, and that is THE BEST WRESTLER IN THE WORLD TODAY!!! {This generates a huge chorus of boos. John takes the time to regain his composure while the booing dies down a little bit.} [Robertson] Now, one might ask if everyone knows how great a wrestler I am, why do I care? Because, although I am the greatest wrestler in the world, the fact of the matter is I cannot gain the respect I deserve from the wrestling elite nor from the wrestling fan populace at large if I do not compete with the elite, and I am the ONLY elite in the AWI. So, that being said, as of now I am no longer the AWI World Heavyweight Champion, I am no longer a member of the Syndicate, and I am no longer a wrestler participating in Allied Wrestling Enterprises! You will not have John Robertson to kick around any more! {This causes a pop like never before seen, which is not too unexpected.} [Rocket]: WHAT? He's vacating? [Guile]: That would be what "I am no longer Champion" means. [Robertson] Jamahn Hugo Chamberlain, you want your belt? {Robertson spits on it and slams it down face first on the mat} Here's your belt. Do what you want with it, but you just lost your best talent, THE best talent, and you know it. Have fun trying to figure out how to fill seats now. {With that John Robertson slides out of the ring and back into the locker room.} [Guile] I knew this was coming, for awhile. [Rocket] We have a camera along with Chad Duncan trying to get a word with Robertson ... ================================================================= [Chad Duncan] {at the entrance to the arena floor} Mr. Robertson! Could I have a word-- {Robertson pushes Chad away from him without saying a word, and exits to the back.} [Rocket] Well ... this is certainly something we never wanted to happen. What happens now with the World Title? Who gets the title shot at Union III? [Guile] Seeing how Robertson probably wasn't even going to defend it at the pay-per view, it's a good thing. [Rocket] {As camera centers on the World Title sitting in the middle of the ring} Ok ... here comes Refereee Shawntell Watson into the ring to begin the first match here, and she takes the belt, giving it to the timekeeper. At least it's safe. [Guile] It's safer with the timekeeper than it was with Robertson. How DARE he-- no ... I'll save that for later. [Rocket] Before our first match, here is a some pre-recorded comments from a newcomer to the AWI, Maurice Jackson ... ================================================================= {As the tape starts rolling, we see a black screen. Suddenly, a thick red rip in the background appears and the 3 letters "NLS" appears in the rip. The camera then zooms in on those letters until it fades over into the picture of a wrestling ring. Then several clips appear, one after the other, of a muscular black man in a black rubber singlet and red and black boots, kneepads and elbow pads, who is hitting some wrestlers with a dizzying array of Northern Lights Suplexes, including a really great bridging double chickenwing NLS. As the clips start to slow down, we see him holding on to a single man in the ring. The poor fellow is almost out of it by now, and the black man is just smiling. Then, he draws his thumb across his throat with a wicked smile and absolutely PLASTERS him with a swinging NLS. We fade to black and then fade in on the black man from before, standing in front of a black background with a red rip in it, with the words NLS in the rip, same as in the start of the tape. The black man then begins to speak.} [Man] {pointing to a small monitor behind him that's showing the tape from before} Alright, time for the AWI to see some REAL action, huh? Now you're probably all wondering who the hell I am, so I'll just introduce myself, shall I? I'm known as "The Master Of The Northern Lights Suplex", "Mr NLS" for short, and my name is Maurice Jackson. Right about now, a lot of people out there are saying "what the hell does he want here?". Weeeelll, I'm not here to {moves his body from side to side} ... do that funky groove thing, {stops moving his body} I'm just here to kick some serious butt! All I'm going for is the "W", as in "Win" for those of you out there that's as stupid as you look. I don't care who you are or how good you THINK you are, I'm gonna steamroll over all of you. It could be Chris Sim, it could be "El Scorpion" Carlos Mendoza, it could be Danny Boy McGill, hell, it could be BOTH of the Honor Guard. In other words, I don't care who you are, if you mess with me, I'll kick your {*beep*} from here to my hometown of Jackson, Mississippi. Get ready, AWI, get ready for Maurice Jackson! ================================================================= [Guile] Master of the Northern Lights Suplex? Doubtful. [Announcer] The first match of Armageddon is a ONE FALL, 10 minute match ... introducing first, already in the ring, from La Jolla, California ... here is David Edwards!!!! And his opponent ... he stands 5 feet 9 inches tall ... and weighs 240 pounds ... he hails from Jackson, Mississippi ... introducing ... "MR. NLS" MAURICE JACKSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! {"Boom Shalaklak Boom!" by House of Pain plays, as Jackson makes his way to ringside. He does not pause, just walks slowly but with authority to the ring. He enters the ring, stops suddenly in the ring, and smiles widely as he stares at Edwards. The crowd doesn't react a whole lot, as they don't know what to expect from him.} {DING DING!} [Rocket] Jackson is still standing there, as Edwards walks toward him ... Jackson lunges at his feet, or rather acts like he's lunging, forcing Edwards to back away ... and again he fakes a lunge ... and again Edwards jumps away. [Guile] He knows how to psych out an opponent, I'll give him that. [Rocket] Edwards again moving towards him, and again he ... LUNGE takedown by Jackson ... he wasn't faking that time ... into a armbar. [Guile] Edwards was going full force at him, thinking it was another fake. Good read by Jackson. [Rocket] Edwards on his feet ... fireman's carry takedown by Mr. NLS, and he moves into a leg grapevine ... Edwards wiggling out of it ... and both are on their feet. [Guile] Jackson ALLOWED him to get out of it. [Rocket] I would agree with you there, he just seemed to let go ... Edwards rushes him head-first in a football tackle ... INTO A DDT BY JACKSON!!!!! {This draws a "OOHH" from the crowd.} [Guile] Again, Jackson is showing good ring presence. He's showing he's no rookie to the ring. [Rocket] Maurice lifts Edwards to his feet ... Belly to belly suplex, overhead style! Irish whip into the turnbuckle ... JUMPING SPLASH ON EDWARDS IN THE CORNER!!! Jackson quickly steps back ... Edwards staggers off the buckle ... DIAMOND CUTTER BY JACKSON!!! [Guile] Edwards is out. And it took exactly six moves. [Rocket] Jackson lifts up ... Tombstone Piledriver, showing his strength! [Guile] Look ... he's drawing his finger across the throat! Not exactly the most original thing I've seen done ... [Rocket] He's ... what is he... INVERTED NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX!!! {Replay: He moves into a NLS position, only dumping him on his face instead of the neck and back} 1 ... 2 ... 3!!! [Announcer] Your winner ... "MR. NLS" MAURICE JACKSON!!! [Rocket] And Jackson showing off a little, stepping on Edwards as he walks out of the ring. [Guile] It's not like Edwards will ever know he did it, unless he watches a tape of the match. I don't think he felt the final suplex, to be truthful ... if the diamond cutter didn't knock him out the piledriver did. [Rocket] Jackson is one of the talented light-heavyweights vying for a shot at this man, the AWI Light-Heavyweight Champion ... ================================================================= {Bulldog Bryan Bachman, Dr. Hyde and the Plague Dog are clustered around the Dog's desk.} [Plague Dog] Are you sure about this, Bryan? [Bachman] Yes. It's only fair. [Dr Hyde] Fair isn't always the issue. [Bachman] This time it is. {He notices the camera.} Oh, hi! I've got a few things to say. I've been with the AWI for a long time now. When I started I had guts, determination and not a lot more. Now I've got two titles under my belt, even if one of them was only for a week or two. I've beaten men like the "Olympian" Gary White, and "Devastating" Dan Lea. So what next? The answer is clear to me. I showed everyone that I could take this belt. Now I'm going to show everyone that I can keep it. This is an open challenge to anyone eligible for the AWI Lightheavyweight Belt; you want a shot at me, you got it! I'll defend my belt every week if you guys want to sign the matches. Only one thing -- take turns, I don't want to see the same face in the ring every week. That brings me to the mouth of the ... wherever he's from, Jason Wrath. I beat you, Wrath. Fair and square, 1,2,3 in the middle of the ring in front of God and everybody in a match I didn't even have time to prepare for. Now you say you want more? All right. You can have as much as you want, just name the time and place. Oh, but you see, you already had your shot at the belt. You want another one, prove you deserve it. Beat me. That's all. Beat me sometime, and the very next week you'll have your shot. Until you beat me, though, you're just a loudmouth that I've already whupped up on. The rest of you -- Crow, Bonham, London, Revi, Sim -- whoever, bring it on! [Plague Dog] Thank you, everyone. I believe that's all we have right now. ================================================================= [Rocket] The Light-Heavyweight Champion has set an open contract out to anyone to take him on, for the title. An unprecedented action-- {"Dead and Bloated" by Stone Temple Pilots blares over the PA as Jason Wrath makes his way down to the announcer's table clad in blue jeans and a white t-shirt, and a chorus of boos. He grabs the microphone.} [Wrath] If a few of you knew where your daughters were last night you wouldn't be booing so much. Anyway. Let's just go ahead and get something straight right now. Bachman, you've got some nerve popping all that trash after the whole world saw you sneak attack me last show and claim it was a title match *AFTER* the match was over. {Boos from the capacity crowd on hand as they know what happened last time Wrath and Bachman hooked up.} [Wrath] And now you tell me that whenever I want a title shot with you again, all I have to do is beat you and my wish is granted? Tell you what, Puppy Chow. I want another shot at your sorry carcass next week, and after I beat you like the dog you are, maybe then you'll realize that belt was meant to be mine all along. I'll be waiting for your answer, dog breath, and don't make me have to come looking for you. I'm outta here! {Wrath slams the mic to the mat as he exits the ring once again to "Dead and Bloated".} [Rocket] There will come a time when I can say something, and not get interrupted by some-- [Guile] Boy, that Wrath fellow was sure angry, wasn't he? [Rocket] ... Yes, he was. [Rocket] Let's go to Chad Duncan at the interview stand, where he is with ... joy ... Robbie Stevens and Joey Hasagawa. [Guile] Say "Robbie Stevens" with respect the next time. There are only so many men I know of that has the lung capacity that he has. That's something to be respected. ================================================================= {Cut to Chad Duncan in the interview area where he is standing by with Joey Hasegawa and Robbie Stevens.} [Chad] Fans, joining me at this time, a team making their official debut in the ring, Robbie Stevens and Joey Hasegawa. [Robbie] What do you mean "official"? [Chad] Well, you and Mr. Hasegawa have been known to double team people in matches which don't involve your opponent having a partner. [Robbie] Are you accusing us of being cheaters?!? I am shocked and offended! I thought we were friends! You know what, maybe we should end this interview right now ... {pauses} Nah! I think we'll stick around. [Chad] Tonight, you face two men who used to employ you, the Honor Guard ... [Robbie] Chadinator, tonight, Robbie Stevens gets his revenge against those two ingrates, Sam Richards and Richard Greenspear. I'm the one who got the Honor Guard focused. I'm the one who got them a shot at Megaton. And what thanks go I get? I get them badmouthing me on TV after they decide to take off without even telling me they were going away. I was worried sick. Well, Sam and Rich, I tried to be nice. I was willing to forgive you ... but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. You've got to come out and bad mouth the future of wrestling. Well boys, you opened your big mouths and now Joey and I are gonna stuff your feet in your mouths ... and if they're extra room, I think I'll shove the Most Feared Foot In Wrestling in there too! [Joey] {stepping in front of Duncan and Robbie} You see, Chad, everyone seems to think that there's gonna be trouble between the Sensei and myself. After all, coming up real soon, I have the toughest test of my career when I face him for the TV Title. There's not going to be any trouble though. I recognize that Robbie is the most dangerous martial artist alive ... and Robbie knows that I am the best dressed man on TV, so the TV Title isn't going anywhere. [Robbie] {behind Joey} It's staying in Team Stevens no matter who wins. {Robbie points to himself after saying that.} [Joey] Honor Guard, I don't have a problem with you. All I'm in this for is a light workout. If something should happen, and you two aren't able to face Tank Bradley and I next week ... hey, accidents will happen {smiles}. [Robbie] Accidents? My good friend, I'm afraid there's not going to be anything accidental about what I do to those two backstabbers. Say Chad, what's the next match? [Chad] That would be Mara Machismo taking on Sarah Victory. [Robbie] You know, Corey and I have a match against Cross Body coming up. Maybe I should scout this match ... so I know what kind of cheating I should expect from Machismo when she's at ringside. [Chad] And I'm sure you won't be there to help Sarah Victory. I'm really surprised Robbie, I thought Jessica Perkins had you on a short leash. [Robbie] Chadinator, do you see a leash on me? I'm a man, I get to go where I want, when I want. I'm not whipped like you ... and don't you try to start making accusations about my relationship with Sarah. It's none of your beeswax. {Robbie and Joey leave.} ================================================================= [Rocket] I wonder if he knows Mara won't be here tonight. [Guile] He probably does. It's be his excuse for coming to the match ... "GEE, I didn't know Mara is sick! When did this happen?" [Rocket] The match was rescheduled a week ago. [Guile] Remember you are talking about Robbie Stevens here. [Rocket] Good point. TO the ring-- no, wait ... Chad has someone else now in the stand. [Guile] Goody. Maybe someday someone will actually wrestle. ================================================================= {Cut to the inteview stand, and Chad Duncan} [Chad] Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Sarah Victory. {"Control" by Traci Lords comes over the soundsystem as Sarah Victory makes her way down to the interview area. She steps up and scans the crowd for a few seconds before turning to Chad.} [Duncan] Welcome, Ms. Victory. [Victory] Thank you, Chad. [Duncan] Okay, well, people have been wondering for weeks now, what is up with you and Robbie Stevens? As well as Jessie Perkins. [Victory] {shrugs} Robbie and I are good friends. What we do on our own time is our business. As for 'Barbie Girl' Jess, I'll get to that in a minute. I have a few things to discuss though. The first thing is my match tonight. I have to take on one half of the feared team Firestorm {she fakes a shudder} Ooohh, how can I stop shaking to fight her? Come on. Brenda Storm? For crying out loud, they haven't defended those belts since they won them, have they? Now Storm wants a piece of me? What is she thinking? I mean as a team they are a joke. They only won the titles because Tucker and Spitfire Peters did all the work against Robbie's Angels. Now Dante is fueding with some old guy and Storm is looking for an early retirement. Well tonight, she's gonna get it at the hands of Sarah Victory. [Chad] Are you finished? [Victory] Not quite. For those of you who change the channel when ever Suzi-Q O'Malley comes on ... first, I don't blame you ... but anyway, we have been forced to sit and listen to her soap opera of a career. Is Dacia my friend? Should I re-sign my contract? Why does Sara Victory keep beating me up? Well, I figured out the answers. Is Dacia her friend? No. She was using you to protect her from all the people that were after her. Why does Sarah Victory keep beating her up? Because I can. And as for the contract ... [Chad] Look, we all know she did. This is getting ridiculous. [Victory] Bear with me. I found out why she resigned. I even managed to get a copy of the contract {She takes some papers out from her jacket and hands them to Chad.} I highlighted the important parts. [Chad] {reading} The wrestler of the first (Susan O'Malley) agrees to provide to party of the second (the AWI) services of the first (below average wrestling skills). In exchange she will recieve the following compensation: 1. All the ding-dongs and twinkies she can eat. 2. A guarantee that she never has to face the party of the third (Sarah Victory) in the ring 3. $13.75 4. The services of the party of the fourth (Jessica Perkins) as a bodyguard, to protect her from the aforementioned Sarah Victory ... {breaking off} this is ludicrous ... [Victory] No, it's quite valid, look, it's signed and everything. [Chad] {flips paper} It's signed with an X in blue crayon!!! [Victory] Well, Suzi-Q isn't too bright. That was the problem, she had to find someone to explain it to her. It also explains why Barbie Girl has been trying to attack me every time I turn around. It's a plot by Suzi-Q to try and take me out. Well, it's not working. [Chad] This is insane, we have to go, back to you, Johnny. ================================================================= [Rocket] {as the camera pans to Dacia Blackthorne sitting at ringside} As she said at the top of the show, she is indeed watching the action, and will probably get an earfull in this next match. To the ring! [Announcer] The following match is a one fall, 10 minute time limit contest. Introducing first ... from Portland, Oregon, she weigh in at an even 141 pounds ... one half of the AWI WOMEN'S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS ... BRENDA STORM!!! {"Ready to Go" by Republica plays to a nice cheer from the crowd. She stops and slaps hands with the crowd on her way to the ring. She does not carry her title with her.} And her opponent ... from Hollywood, California, she comes in at 141 pounds ... SARAH VICTORY!!! {"Control" by Traci Lords plays to a Big Time Boo from the folks in the arena. Victory pays no mind, only pausing to stare intently at Blackthorne at ringside. Blackthorne, eyes hid behind black sunglasses, makes no motion toward her.} DING DING! [Rocket] And Victory jumps out of the ring ... I guess to ... why would she be doing this? [Guile] You forget so quickly ... this is the "psych out" phase of the match. [Rocket] Oh. Victory stands ... Robbie Stevens is making his way to the ring, and Sarah begins to pose seductively for him, causing Robbie to ... quicken his pace a bit. [Guile] Quicken his pace? Hell, he's practically running. [Rocket] WHOA! He's not running anymore! Jessica Perkins has just tackled him from behind! What is she-- she's attaching a LEATHER COLLAR around his neck, and leading him away with a chain attached to the collar!!!! [Guile] I guess this brings a whole new meaning to the words "In the Doghouse:" Doesn't it? [Rocket] Stevens is literally being pulled away by Perkins, and Victory just smiles at this whole scene, and enters the ring ... and right into a karate chop by Storm! Another one ... and ANOTHER one, this one knocking Storm to the mat. [Guile] The chop must be the only move she knows. [Rocket] No, she knows more than that, I assure you. Victory jumps to her feet ... another chop evaded by Victory, and Sarah takes Storm down with a hip toss. [Guile] How can you assure me she knows more moves? Do you have personal knowledge to this effect? [Rocket] Fist drop by Victory, and an irish whip now ... and Sarah drop kicks Brenda as she comes off the ropes! [Guile] I mean, the only move she seems to know right now is how to get hit by a drop kick. [Rocket] Victory points a finger and begins yelling in Blackthorne's direction ... Blackthorne stands up ... SMALL PACKAGE BY STORM!!! 1 ... 2 ... kickout quick by Victory. And Dacia simply smiles, and sits back down. [Guile] Interfering without leaving your seat. Nice. [Rocket] I wouldn't call what she did interfering ... front face lock by the Tag Champion ... irish whip ... and a Lou Thiez Press as Sarah comes off ... 1 ... 2 ... and Victory kicks out again. A couple of palm thrust knocks Sarah down once again, and Brenda applies her claw ... [Guile] OHHH!!! She knows how to do the Claw! Boy, color me impressed. [Rocket] Sarah quickly stands, but the claw is still on ... now Storm breaks in, and irish whips Victory again ... roundhouse kick right in the face of Sarah Victory knocks her out of the ring to the outside!!! Well, Guile? Any more smart remarks? [Guile] Nope. [Rocket] Victory makes it to her feet as the referee counts to 2 ... and climbs into the ring at the 4 count. Collar and elbow tieup ... and Victory rakes Storm's eyes. [Guile] That move was more impressive to me that that kick Storm just did. You never see Storm do that. [Rocket] That's because she doesn't have to cheat to win. Whip by Sarah to the turnbuckle ... HANDSPRING ELBOW SMASH by Sarah Victory!!! AND A ROUNDHOUSE KICK AS STORM STUMBLES OUT OF THE TURNBUCKLE!!! Add that "protective" shin guard of Victory's to the hurt of the kick itself. [Guile] Yep. Add it all together, and you come up with a number like 0-1. 0 wins, 1 loss against Sarah Victory. [Rocket] Legsweep takes Brenda down, and Sarah lifts her back up ... Savate kick DUCKED by Brenda ... 'STORMTROOPER' BACK BRAIN KICK BY BRENDA STORM!!! {Crowd cheers} [Rocket] Victory is down, face down on the mat ... Storm getting her bearings ... SPRINGBOARD LEG DROP ... AND SARAH moves out of the way this time!!! Both women are down ... and the referee begins to count ... Storm is slowly standing, as is Victory ... Victory backing away ... and Brenda is after her ... Sarah is headed for the ropes, looking to get out of the way, and Storm is right behind ... NO! MULE KICK BY SARAH VICTORY!!! 1 ... 2 ... Sarah's feet are on the ropes!!! 3!!! {Replay: Sarah rushes to the ropes acting like she's getting out of the ring, only to use the ropes as momentum for her Mule Kick. She then puts her feet on the ropes for leverage on the pin.} [Announcer] The winner of this match ... SARAH VICTORY!!! [Rocket] And another cheating win for Sarah Victory. [Guile] It's not cheating if you get away with it. [Rocket] Victory exiting the ring ... and Blackthorne stands again, and takes off her sunglasses ... Victory begins SCREAMING at her, but the referee steps in front of her before anything starts. [Guile] It didn't look to me like Dacia was doing anything. Sarah did all the talking. [Rocket] Very true. Dacia has put her sunglasses back on and sat back down. Victory became unraveled very easily at her. [Guile] For good reason. Blackthorne almost cost her the match. [Rocket] We'll be right back after these messages.... ================================================================= COMMERCIALS ================================================================= [Announcer] This match is a one fall tag team contest, with a twenty minute time limit. Introducing first ... {The now familiar song "Nothin but a Good Time" by Poison sounds off, and the crowd begins to already boo. Loudly. VERY loudly.} [Announcer] At a combined weight of 440 pounds ... here is the team of Robbie Stevens and 'Smilin' Joey" Hasegawa ... THE SHARP DRESSED MEN!!! {Robbie and Toshiaki (that's Joey's real name) stroll to the ring, VERY confident, even moreso than normal. Joey has the AWI Television Title around his waist, and the color of the leather of the title has been changed to fit more stylishly with his attire.} [Announcer] And their opponents ... at a combined weight of 610 pounds ... Sam Richards ... Rich Greenspear ... THE HONOR GUARD!!! {The drum cadence begins ... but not Guard} [Guile] Told you! [Rocket] If they're gone, why are we doing this? [Guile] Because the match was signed. You can't steal this from Stevens and Hasegawa. They didn't make the Guard leave. [Rocket] Oh, that story will change when Robbie gets done with it, I assure you. The referee is beginning to count the Guard out ... [Guile] And the Sharp Dressed Men begin their tag careers with a HUGE win over the top ranked Honor Guard! [Rocket] He's at 5 ... they didn't even show up. Some win. [Guile] Hey, a win's a win. [Rocket] Ref's at 8 ... wait -- someone's coming through the entranceway ... Commissioner Chamberlain! {Crowd reacts with confusion when the Commissioner of the AWI walks to the ring. The referee, having counted out the missing Honor Guard, rings the bell.} [Announcer] The winners, as a result of a count out ... the Sharp Dressed Men!!!!! {Boos. Loud ones resound the arena as Chamberlain steps through the ropes, and grabs the microphone.} [Chamberlin] Under normal circumstances, I would say that this is a sad day for the AWI, with two of the top people in the organization leaving at the same time, but let's look at it another way ... first off, we don't have to listen to John Robertson talking about how wonderful he was, and secondly, there will be a NEW World Champion crowned at Union III! {Sparse cheers from the crowd} [Chamberlin] Stevens ... Hasegawa ... you should feel privileged at the opportunity I'm giving you two. Since the Honor Guard has left the AWI, that leaves a opening in the North American Tournament. Since you two were slighted, and not given the opportunity to face the Guard here tonight, and as a result of your victory over them by their absence, I am giving you two their spot in the Tournament! {HUGE boos} This presents one problem...your opponents are scheduled to be against Agony and Ecstasy, but Mr. Hasegawa is a member of BOTH teams. Obviously, he cannot wrestler for both team, SO, Mr. Stevens, as the leader of the organization that encompasses both teams, I am leaving it up to YOU to find a replacement for Hasegawa on one of the teams, or you must give up one of the slots, and I will find a ... ahem ... SUITABLE replacement for A & E to face. There's a couple of rules about this. You CAN'T hire anyone NOT employed by the AWI, so no bringing in some fan out of the stands or someone off the street. You must hire someone of comparable talent. After all, this is the North American Tag Team Titles we are talking about here. Thirdly, I want to see a match, not a lie -down-and-let-my-opponent-pin-me facade of a match like I've seen from you before in other federations. If I see one shred of evidence that you have somehow tampered with the natural resolution of this upcoming match, you will face some consequences you will not like. You should feel privileged to have this opportunity. If you don't want the responsibilities, then let me know by the end of the night tonight, and I will reassign a tag team of my choosing to take the Honor Guard's place. {With those final words, Chamberlain places the microphone on the mat, and leaves the ring, as the camera focuses on a slightly confused face of Robbie Stevens, and cut to commercial.} ================================================================= Q: Where can one find: *M*ore *W*restling *A*ction? *M*en *W*ith *A*ttitudes? *M*emorable *W*eekend *A*ggression? A: Why Mississippi, of course! For small, independent wrestling action --- For wrestling at its grass roots genesis --- For Southern Fried, Saturday Night fighting --- Join the: Mississippi Wrestling Association!!! ================================================================= [Rocket] I for one am really looking forward to the first time the MWA has been on national television, and project sponsored by the AWI and the Atlantic Wrestling Association, the AWA. There is some rich history in that 20 year old federation, and we hope to bring some of that to you here in the AWI. More about the MWA in coming weeks. [Guile] The MWA is run by the Mississippi Queen's daddy, isn't it? [Rocket] Yes, he goes by the name of the Mississippi Gambler. [Guile] Like he NEEDED to add the "Mississippi" to his name. Like we didn't already know the entire clan came from that dilapidated state ... Mississippi Mob, Mississippi Queen, Mississippi Kid, geez ... I guess everyone in Mississippi has a first name to match the state. [Rocket] I'd watch insulting that state. You never know when you're going to run into a Mississippian. [Guile] I'd probably know they were coming ... "Hiya! I'm Mississippi Bob, and this here's my cousin, Mississippi Mary, and these are our kids, Mississippi Boy and Mississippi Girl!" [Rocket] Ok ... don't say I didn't warn you ... to the ring! [Announcer] This match is a one fall tag team contest. Introducing team number one ... at a combined weight of 479 pounds ... here is "El Scorpion" Carlos Mendoza and "Canadian Sensation" Chris Sim ... THE INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS!!!!!!!!! {The crowd cheers loudly for the duo as their music comes out of the speaker. They rush to the ring, and climb the turnbuckles to acknowledge the crowd. The mood of the fans quickly turns somber, as ...} [Announcer] Their opponents ... at a combined weight of 443 pounds ... here is the team of the AWI NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPION CRYSTAL CROW and his mentor ... JADE TIGER!!!!! {Crowd boos harshly as the two enter the ring. Quickly Crow begins to show off some impressive martial arts moves, more to incite the crowd than intimidate Mendoza and Sim.} [Rocket] Tiger is yelling something at some of the fans at ringside. I don't think they are very-- what's Robbie Stevens coming down the aisle for? [Guile] Perhaps he has the answer to Chamberlain's question over the North American Tag Tourney. {Stevens enters the ring and takes the microphone from the announcer.} [Robbie Stevens] Hold on here just one second ... {bows to Jade Tiger} Jade Tiger, I can't let you do this. This just isn't right ... it's just not fair. Ladies and gentlemen, earlier tonight, Jade Tiger and myself were doing a little martial arts sparring because he is one of the very few people in AWI who can match up to the skill of the 104th degree black belt, Robbie Stevens. Anyway, we were sparring and well, I accidentally hit him with the Touch of Death. Now, while a normal schlub like you idiots out here would be six feet under after that, JT, a true Master, was able to shake it off and walk out here ... {BOO!!!!} [Stevens] ... but I cannot sit by and watch as a man who already had to take the Touch of Death, would have to face anyone, even those two gaijin dogs, the Third World Order. Since this is my fault, I feel I must do something about this and supply you with a substitute. It just so happens by coincidence that Scott "Tank" Bradley was here tonight with me ... so Jade Tiger, please accept my humble apologies and allow my man to fill in for you tonight. {Right on cue, Tank Bradley comes down to ringside. Immediately, Tiger begins to stumble around like he's suddenly been hurt, and quickly Stevens rushes over to help the "injured" Jade Tiger out of the ring. The crowd doesn't react very well to that. Bradley enters the ring, and a deep smile crossed the Crow's face. Mendoza and Sim, at first upset and complaining to the referee, stop and decide to allow the match to continue.} [Rocket] I cannot believe that Jasper Evans, the referee, is allowing this to happen! [Guile] Why not? If Danny Boy McGill was injured, he'd allow someone to take his place. [Rocket] But Jade Tiger isn't hurt! [Guile] I'm surprised he's still standing. If he took the Robbie Touch of Death, he should be gonners. [Rocket] Oh, don't tell me you're falling for this too. [Guile] Of course not. It's just funny to me hearing the words "Robbie Stevens" and "Touch of Death" in the same sentence. [Rocket] This changes the scope of this match dramatically ... Bradley and Sim will begins things off ... Sim is hesitant to lock up with the big man ... but finally does--no, and leg sweep by Sim, but it's like hitting a telephone pole, Bradley doesn't move, and elbows Sims straight to the mat. Big time Bodyslam by Bradley, and right into a head vise ... [Guile] Wow. Jade Tiger has dramatically recovered, and evidently both Stevens and Tiger will stay for the match. [Rocket] That doesn't bode well for the Players, as Sim is struggling to his feet, and makes it only to be bodyslammed again to the mat by Bradley ... and a toss right through the ropes and to the outside!!! Sim is outside, right around where Stevens and Tiger are-- {CROWD MEGA CHEER} [Rocket] Uh-oh ... JERRY STRAITE is making his way to the ring! Sim is to the outside, but Tiger and Stevens immediately back off when they see Straite coming down the aisle. Bradley steps out of the ring, and stands over Sim, looking at Straite, who sits down at one of the ringside chairs ... and now Bradley reaches down, and picks up Sim ... irish whip to the railing ... REVERSED by Sim, and Tank slams into the ringside railing! [Guile] Now if Sim is smart, he jumps back into the ring... [Rocket] Sim stands there for a moment ... and is BLINDSIDED by the Crystal Crow! SAVATE KICK by the Crow, right on target! [Guile] Referee's on five... [Rocket] Mendoza has rushed around the ring, and PLOWS RIGHT INTO THE CROW WITH A SHOULDER TACKLE!! Bradley is back up ... he's picking up Sim ... POWERSLAM ONTO THE CONCRETE!!!!!!!!!!!! [Guile] ref's on seven... [Rocket] Stevens notices this, and yells for Tank to get Sim back into the ring, and Bradley does so, and that causes Mendoza to retreat back into his side of the ring. [Guile] Going outside is somewhere I don't think the Players want to go. They want to keep it in the ring, and keep in a straight match, because you can't outcheat master cheaters, and you have four of them the Players have to contend with. [Rocket] Sim's still holding his back ... Tank notices this, and he hoists him into an inverted shoulder rack ... and Carlos comes right in and kicks at Bradley, making him drop Sim to the mat. Evans giving a warning to Mendoza ... Clothesline on Sim by the Tank, and he tags in the North American Champion ... Crow enters with a series of kicks, and chops ... ROUNDHOUSE KICK by Crow, and Sim is sprawled on the mat ... Crow covers ... 1 ... 2 ... Quick kickout by Chris Sims. Kneedrop by Crow, and right into a choke hold! 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... break by Crow. Couple of karate kicks, and Crow whips him into the corner ... he moves to the opposite ... HANDSPRING ELBOW SMASH!!!! [Guile] I wonder how much more of this Sims can take. [Rocket] Crow whips him to the opposite corner ... Sims bounces off the buckle, and right into another Savate kick by the champion! Cover ... 1 ... 2 ... and another kickout by Sims. Whip to the ropes ... and a dropkick just as Sims comes off, the momentum taking him out of the ring!!! [Guile] Uh-oh ... here we go with the out of the ring stuff again. [Rocket] Crow's bouncing off the ropes ... Mendoza is stepping off the buckle ... PLANCHA ... AND MENDOZA MOVES SIMS OUT OF THE WAY!!!! Crow lands HARD on the concrete!!! [Guile] Perhaps the uh-oh was a little premature. [Rocket] Carlos quickly picks up Crow ... DDT ON THE OUTSIDE!!!!! Bradley jumps to the outside, and tosses Sims back in ... Stevens and Jade Tiger are headed over to-- Jerry Straite stands in front of them, blocking them from going past! [Guile] Mendoza better stop stomping on Crow and worry about Bradley having Sims in the ring. [Rocket] But Crow is the legal man ... Brainbuster by Bradley on Sims in the ring ... Tiger is faking a roundhouse kick on Straite, and Jerry moves to the side to avoid the kick ... and Stevens rushes past him! [Guile] This is getting confusing ... [Rocket] Irish whip by Bradley in the ring ... SIM with a scissors pile-- REVERSED INTO A POWERBOMB by Tank Bradley!!! Cover, but no count since the referee is distracted with what is going on OUTSIDE, and besides, Crystal Crow is the legal man. [Guile] Technicality. [Rocket] Mendoza moves to confront Robbie, who moves away from the advancing figure of Mendoza ... in the ring, Bradley picks up Sims, who hits a jawbreaker on Tank, knocking him down ... but there's no one for Sims to tag to, since Mendoza is outside the ring ... [Guile] Like I said, Carlos needs to get back into the ring. [Rocket] Crow has moved back into the ring ... AND JERRY STRAITE HAS JUST CLOTHESLINED JADE TIGER!!! Mendoza sees Crow back in the ring, and jumps on the apron, only to have his legs pulled out from under him by Robbie Stevens, Mendoza's jaw slamming the apron! Crow is in the ring ... Evans has lost total control of this match ... Straite is standing over the prone body of Jade Tiger; Mendoza is on the floor outside the ring, with Robbie running away from the scene, and Chris Sims is being double teamed by Bradley and Crystal Crow. [Guile] When you have a 4 on 3 advantage, you can do things like this. [Rocket] Robbie is moving towards Straits, who steps over Tiger to confront him ... Mendoza is trying to get back on the apron to help his partner ... and Bradley has picked up Sims, and is irish whipping him to Crow ... TIGER'S POUNCE!!! 1 ... Mendoza in the ring ... 2 ... Bradley coming up to stop him ... BUT MENDOZA ducks under the Tank clothesline ... And Mendoza reaches the cover, and breaks the count!!! ALL FOUR MEN in the ring now ... Crow stomping on Sims, Mendoza and Bradley exchanging blows ... [Guile] Looks what being set up outside the ring, Rocket ... [Rocket] Straite is moving towards Stevens, and Stevens has his hands in front of him, trying to talk his way out of this ... clothesline by Mendoza takes Bradley down ... Jade Tiger has grabbed a chair ... AND HE SLAMS IT TO THE BACK ON STRAITE ... WICKED AWESOME SUPERKICK BY STEVENS JUST AS THE CHAIR HITS STRAITE!!! {Replay: The chair slams Jerry's back, and the momentum takes him forward, right onto the Superkick by Stevens.} Now both men are stomping on the downed Straite, and Mendoza sees this......AND HE JUMPS OUT OF THE RING TO HELP STRAITE!!! [Guile] That leaves Chris Sims alone! [Rocket] Mendoza levels Stevens with an elbow, and now Tiger ... CRYSTAL CROW WITH ANOTHER TIGER'S POUNCE!!! 1 ... 2 ... Mendoza is the ring ... but he gets stopped by Bradley! 3!!! {DING DING} [Announcer] The winners of this match ... CRYSTAL CROW AND SCOTT 'TANK' BRADLEY!!! [Rocket] And here comes the score of referees that should have been here a long time ago ... we'll be right back! ================================================================= COMMERCIALS ================================================================= [Announcer] This special tag team match is scheduled for one fall, with a 30 minute time limit. Introducing team number one ... {The music starts and the fans begin to cheer loudly.} [Announcer] At a combined weight of 754 pounds ... they are the former Allied Wrestling International World Tag Team Champions ... B-52 ... The Falcon ... here are the ... WARBIRDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! {Falcon and B-52 head down the aisle with very stern looks.} and their opponents... {"Perfect Fanfare" by the WWF Orchestra plays, and the atmosphere of the arena changes suddenly, and the crowd begins to boo.} [Announcer] At a combined weight of 473 pounds, they are led to the ring by their manager, Johnny Rooks ... they are the former AWI North American Tag Team Champions ... Jillian Bole ... Kim "Tiger" Lee ... PERFECTION!!! Your referee is Shawntell Watson. >>DING DING<< [Rocket] Falcon and Lee will start the match out ... these two groups are VERY familiar with each other, and know each other's actions well. [Guile] I've been told Perfection's been in training, honing their skills. Some new moves from them could put the Warbirds off balance. [Rocket] Falcon rushes Lee, who ducks a clothesline, and springs off the ropes ... kick right to the stomach of Falcon, who hardly even feels it ... BIG bodyslam by the 300 pounder! Elbow drop missed, and Lee to his feet quickly. {Rooks comes to announcer's table, and gives Guile a piece of paper.} [Rooks] This is for you, so you know the correct names of some of the things Perfection will do today. Make sure you get them right. [Guile] {reading paper} ... hmmm ... [Rocket] What? [Guile] Never mind. Call the action. [Rocket] Falcon tosses Lee through the ropes-- no, Kim grabs the ropes, and rolls back in to the ring, through the legs of Falcon and behind him ... Back Palm Thrust by 'Tiger' Lee! [Guile] Yep...that's on here.. [Rocket] A swift kick right to the knee of Falcon, and a tag to Jillian Bole ... Double Power Elbow Drop! Lee leaves the ring, and Bole takes control ... neckbreaker on the smallest Falcon member-- [Guile] Who still outweights either Lee or Bole by over 100 pounds. [Rocket] Irish whip ... and now it's the Falcon who puts on the stops at the ropes, and tags in the massive B-52 ... bodyslam by the 400 pounder!! [Guile] Things are not following the way this list says ... Rooks, what gives? [Rocket] B-52 misses the elbow drop ... and a quick stomp to the side of B-52's knee as he begins to stand ... tag to Lee ... WishBone Hamstring Pull! {Replay: Perfection grabs both legs, and yanks them apart.} [Rocket] Elbow drop by Lee, and an irish whip ... he misses the karate kick, and falls right into a bearhug by B-52!!! That bearhug is on tight, and Bole comes in with a swift kick to the small of B-52's back, and he drops Lee, breaking the hold. [Guile] Again, Perfection is showing who the better TAG team is. This IS a tag team match, after all. [Rocket] 52's making the tag to Falcon ... BIG Bodyslam by B-52, followed up with an elbow drop by the Falcon. Irish whip ... Backdrop by Falcon....now he's bouncing off the ropes ... RUNNING SPLASH!!! 1 ... 2 ... Bole makes another save! [Guile] Again, I make the point on the superior tag team-- [Rocket] I think we all get your point, Reynard. PRESS SLAM OVER THE TOP ROPE by Falcon!!!! Lee's outside the ring ... PLANCHA BODYPRESS BY THE 300 POUND FALCON!!!! B-52's on the top rope ... PLANCHA SPLASH!!! [Guile] ILLEGAL MOVES! Disqualify them!!! [Rocket] Lee's down ... and tossed back into the ring ... referee admonishing them both for the out of ring activity ... Falcon's tagging to B-52 ... 52's heading to the top rope ... FLYING HEADBUTT!!! 1 ... Lee's in the ring ... 2 ... Falcon's blocking his way to his partner ... AND TIGER LEE KICKS OUT!!! Both of the Warbirds look shocked, and Bole moves back to the apron quickly ... tag to Falcon ... B-52's bouncing off the ropes-- and Bole kicks him in the back of the head as he hits the ropes!!! [Guile] The Warbird's problem is that Perfection is so much quicker that they are. [Rocket] How astute, Reynard. Most of the people at home had figured that out years ago. [Guile] At least I can think of more things to say other than "To the Ring!" [Rocket] Lee with a neckbreaker out of nowhere on B-52 ... and he makes the tag to Jillian Bole! Bole in the ring ... Sunset Flip on B-52 ... can't get him down ... RUNNING KARATE KICK BY LEE COMPLETES THE FLIP!!! 1 ... 2 ... Kickout by B-52. Bole on the top rope ... MOONSAULT!!!!! Tag to Lee ... what is this ... they position themselves on either side on B-52, sticking his head between the two's outer legs ... they each lift a leg up ... DOUBLE PILEDRIVER ON B-52!!!!!! 1 ... Falcon's in the ring ... 2 ... And he gets cut off by Bole!!! 3!!! {DING DING} [Announcer] The winner of this match, and will face Intensive Care at Union III ... PERFECTION!!! [Rocket] Perfection with the victory, and the title shot at Union! [Guile] Just like I said, the better tag team won. [Rocket] For this match. The two teams have fought enough, and the Warbirds have won nearly ever time. [Guile] Are you saying Perfection got lucky? [Rocket] Well.....yes, yes that is what I would be saying. [Guile] We'll be right back... ================================================================= COMMERCIALS ================================================================= [Announcer] OUR MAIN EVENT MATCH is a one fall, tag team contest, the winner advancing in the NORTH AMERICAN TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT. Introducing Team Number One ... at a combined weight of 510 pounds, led to the ring by their manager, the Mississippi Queen, here are ... the Mississippi Kid ... Riverboat ... THE MISSISSIPPI MOB!!! {Cheers galore for this duo, as they enter the ring slapping hands with the crowd.} [Announcer] And their opponents ... led to the ring by Tamara, at a combined weight of 561 pounds, Tyler and Perry Toxic ... THE TOXIC TWINS!!! {"Walk this Way" by Aerosmith plays, the crowd booing VERY HEAVILY as the Twins and Tamara(dressed in a sleek tight black dress) make their way to the ring. Immediately Tamara begins instructing the referee in the proper way to call the match.} {DING DING} [Rocket] The Kid and .... Perry starts things out. [Guile] I take it you are guess which Toxic that is. [Rocket] You would be right. Perry is smoking a cigar, and he blows smoke right into the Kid's face. Now the ref's ordering the cigar to be put out, which Perry does ... on the mat. He looks up ... Dropkick by the Kid knocks him to the mat!!! Multiple elbow drops ... and an irish whip ... Sunset Flip by the Kid ... but Perry doesn't fall for it, punching the Kid as he tried to bring him down. Leg drop by the Toxic, and he tags his brother ... double suplex on the Kid ... and a back elbow smash by Tyler. Irish whip by Tyler, and the Kid stops at the ropes and tag in Riverboat! ================================================================= Short mode on: Riverboat comes in with a bodyslam, and then immediately hits the belly to back suplex, backbreaker, and powerslam in succession. He tags to Kid, who comes off the ropes with a springboard dropkick, and then a scissors piledriver, which is converted to a Powerbomb by Tyler. Tyler tags to Perry, and they attempt to hit a double clothesline, but is ducked by the Kid, who comes off with a flying bodypress on both Toxics--almost. Together they catch the Kid, and together the slam him to the mat in what would best be described as a double powerslam. Perry then hauls off and slaps Riverboat, causing him to come into the ring, the ref stops him, and that allows a little more double-teaming on Kid. Finally Tyler leaves the ring, Perry is in there, and tries a shoulder tackle, which is ducked by the Kid, and he hits a savate kick, FLATTENING Perry, connecting right under the chin. The move hit better than the Kid expected it to, so he paused for just a second before going for a pin, which is kicked out of by Perry. The Kid tags Riverboat, who connects with a DEVASTATING powerslam, and he goes for a pin, this time bringing Tamara to the ropes, breaking the count. Tamara begins berrating Riverboat, causing him to come over there to confront her, and allowing Tyler to come in as Perry, pulling his brother out of the way and acting like him. Riverboat picks up Tyler/Perry, gets kicked in the stomache, and a sudden TOXIC BOMB by Perry on Riverboat and a cover surprised the Mob. As the ref counts to three, you would think the Queen and the Kid would have done something to stop the count. It is at that time the camera pans over to see two figures, one big man and one smaller one, together pulling the Queen away from the area, and Kid rushing over to stop them. In the ring, the Riverboat is being pinned, the Kid sees this after the two mysterious masked men rush off, but cannot get to the ring in time to stop the count. Rocket belived it was all in Tamara's plan. Guile believes someone has followed Queen to the AWI from the FWA with an agenda in plan. It ends with the Toxics getting their hands raised in victory, to the boos of the crowd who didn't expect the match to end so quickly, and the Mob seeing if Queen is ok, which she is.
