Eris is the goddess of discord(strife)
and the daughter of Zeus and Hera. She was
angered at not being invited to a party of the gods
and goddesses on Mt. Olympus,  eris created a golden
apple, on which was inscribed 'kallisti'  which means 'for
the prettiest'. Eris tossed the apple into the party, and
immediately all of the goddesses (and, no doubt, many of
the gods), assuming it was for them, leapt for it, and a
huge fracas ensued. They never left Eris off the
guest list again. She is obsessed with blood-
shed, havoc, and suffering. She calls
forth war and her brother Ares
  carries out the action.

Background:
Has been involved with research into the effects of various
media on humans. UHF, VLF(can cause depression and suicidal tendencies at
certain levels) as well as cosmic rays. These were tests conducted on
volunteer prisoners. During this time she encountered an incarnate- vampire
who tried to "bring her across"(forever knight ref). She was doing this as
part of research and also away to increase her research time. This for some
reason failed. The incarnate frustrated tried to take her out but she
managed to destroy him in a furnace. Desparate to tell someone but knowing
no one at her job would believe her and with it being "black" work she
called a help line like Samaritans. The operator she spoke to was a Aegis op trained to monitor
and escalate unusual events. Tracing her through Hermes she was an ideal
recruit with space medicine and what appears to be immunity to "corruption"
which was just "GOOD LUCK " but Aegis believe she is immune. And who is she
to argue.

Boris yeltsin (no relation)

Boris is a 34 year old russian citizen living in the US. he came to the
united states with project rasputin, and was recruited by aegis within 6
months of his arrival here. boris has since severed his ties to the project
and devoted himself to his aegis work.

boris is has experience working in zero-g environments and has minimal
shuttle piloting skill. boris is also skilled in computer use and
communications.

boris is 6' tall of medium build, he wears his hair buzzed close to his
scalp, has a small goatee, and wears round wire rimmed glasses. boris is
fairly fluent in english, but still has a strong accent and has trouble
with the occasional idiom.

boris is a fairly recent addition to the cell, but has adapted himself
well. his somewhat sarcastic sense of humor has helped him to smooth over
the conflicts caused by his impulsive and overconfident (some would say
arrogant) nature, and he has always seemed eager to be an effective part of
the team. boris is easygoing and social, but while not exactly mysterious,
he seems to avoid talking about himself or his past, and so remains
somewhat enigmatic.

Henry is the quintissential techie. He had a brief stint in the
U.S. Air Force (well, not too brief) as a technician or engineer or
something...you're not entirely clear on the specifics.
After his transfer to NASA, Henry displayed strong ability in
computer programming (including less scrupulous uses of the technology)
and complex electronics.

Physically, Henry is nothing special...he just barely makes the NASA
cut, actually. He stands about 5' 9", but that's a rough estimate.
He's somewhere between skinny and thin, weighing in at 150 pounds, and
he has large hands and feet...leading one to believe that a career in
the circus could have been just as beneficial as one in NASA. Regulations
require a short haircut, which Henry seems to dislike, and his
hair is always curled, gnarled, and matted.
Aside from the basic astronaut training...
Henry is proficient in electronics systems and computers, and can
usually apply those skills with good results to related areas.

He entertained the notion of joining the FBI to the point of studying
violent crimes, but dropped out of the academy...not his cup of tea.
Henry tries to stay fit by practicing various Eastern health arts, none
of which he is terribly great at.

Background Information
She joined the DEA right after leaving college where she studied
criminal science. She met her exhusband when she led a huge bust
on a Columbian druglords mansion. Her husband was a reporter and
was a first to get the interview with her. They divorced because
of strains in the marriage. (Note: She was not home very often.)
The is the story of how she joined Aegis: She had been getting
tips that a huge oil tanker had been shipping drugs into the
harbor. She joined a friend in the Coast guard on his boat. They
found the boat which had drifted terrible off course. When the
went to board it. A member of the crew began opening fire on them
She was shot and fell overboard. She did not know how to swim,
and her life jacket was not on. Her friend jumped in to save her.
The crew member shot him. He died in the water, she wrestled the
life jacket off him and put it on. She blacked out from the loss
of blood. She seen a black helicopter leave the oil tanker before
she went out. It picked up the crew member and left. When she
awoke she was in a helicopter herself. A man asked her what she
had seen, she told him everything, even about the copter. He
then asked her to join Aegis. The rest is pretty much history.

Appearance

Tom is tall but not overly so, he is fairly lean but not skinny. Dark brown hair that is often uncombed in contrast to his neatly trimmed moustache and goatee. His hazel eyes constantly move around taking in his surroundings. Caucasian. Tom dresses like the quintessential FBI agent, ie overcoat, dark suit, etc.

While moderately attractive there is something about Tom that unnerves people. Tom seems aloof and unapproachable due to his burnout. He is generally polite and reasonable which can anger some people if they think that he is not reacting to what they are saying, eg "So, you say your son was viciously beaten by a strange creature... Interesting." This aloofness hides an intensely curious mind that leans towards the accumulation of knowledge pertaining to aliens.

Known Background

When Tom was thirteen he and his family were abducted by a Grey abductor ship. Frightened by the Greys, Tom lashed out at them with his Bio PK, killing one of the Greys. The Greys' instinctive reaction burnt out Tom's psychic pathways leaving him a void forever. The retaliatory strike also resulted in the death of Janet Moore, his mother and a MKUltra Empath, and caused his father Simon to lose his grip on reality. Shocked by what they had done the Greys returned the family to the ground.

After his abduction Tom was moved to a state orphanage run by Project MKUltra. At the orphanage Tom was frequently subjected to tests to ascertain the psychic abilities that he should have inherited from his mother, none were found. Upon leaving high school he attended a variety of subjects at college until he was accepted by the FBI. He completed FBI training at Quantico and is a fully qualified FBI agent.
