The Confederate Inner Security Bill

The Terran Confederacy will conduct security checks throughout our nation on the people themselves. We must find any and all that are disloyal to us and detain them immediately. We will do all that is neccessary to complete this task. Anyone that will be convicted of treason will be immediately given the maximum sentence of death. All foeigners within our space must leave immediately or be subject to these checks and will also be detained until we have completed our mission. This also authorizes the use of the military to complete our goals. Sentences for covicted citizens and foreigners will be death, detainment, and banishment.
