In accordance with United Clans regulations, rules, and laws, the mutinous forces have joined togather to secede from the United Clans. As of this day the Terran Confederacy shall be formed. We will not allow any of our forces to remain with the United Clans nor allow the UC to govern us in any way. All soldiers and officers that refuse to leave will thenceforward be considered traitors to the government and are to be destroyed immediately.
