Nuclear Warfare Act

This act allows the Commander in Chief/President of the Terran Confederacy to regulate the use of nuclear weapons use by Confederate soldiers and commanders. Should the Commander in Chief decide to make nuclear weapons illegal then immediately after the approval of the council then this plan will be placed in full effect. Violations reported will be immediately investigated including if that report comes from a clan enemy. The case will be immediately brought before the Judge Advocate General.
