National Security Act

To ensure that proper standards are being carried out, the Terran Confederacy will create additional agencies for national security, inner security, foreign diplomacy, and clan participation. The organizations are to be headed by a Confederate soldier selected by the Terran Confederacy National Security Advisor under the approval of the President of The Terran Confederacy. This act creates an additional organization under the full command of the Commander in Chief of the Confederate Armed Forces which will be known as the Obsidian Order. This group is to have the highest of security clearance and access. It has no limit of power below the channels of government command. The Obsidian Order will also control the activities of the Terran Confederacy Intelligence Agency. Additional amendments to the NSA can be done by the President of the Terran Confederacy with the approval of the commander in chief of the Confederate Armed Forces.
